3 大卫逃避他儿子押沙龙的时候作的诗。
1 耶和华啊，我的敌人何其加增！有许多人起来攻击我。
2 有许多人议论我说：“他得不着神的帮助。”（细拉）
3 但你耶和华是我四围的盾牌，是我的荣耀，又是叫我抬起头来的。
4 我用我的声音求告耶和华，他就从他的圣山上应允我。（细拉）
5 我躺下睡觉，我醒着，耶和华都保佑我。
6 虽有成万的百姓来周围攻击我，我也不怕。
7 耶和华啊，求你起来！我的神啊，求你救我！因为你打了我一切仇敌的腮骨，敲碎了恶人的牙齿。
8 救恩属乎耶和华，愿你赐福给你的百姓。（细拉）

1 Lord, how many are my foes!
How many rise up against me!
2 Many are saying of me,
“God will not deliver him.(B)”[b]
3 But you, Lord, are a shield(C) around me,
my glory, the One who lifts my head high.(D)
4 I call out to the Lord,(E)
and he answers me from his holy mountain.(F)
5 I lie down and sleep;(G)
I wake again,(H) because the Lord sustains me.
6 I will not fear(I) though tens of thousands
assail me on every side.(J)

2 Señor, ¡son tantos mis enemigos,
tantos quienes se alzan contra mí!
3 ¡Tantos los que de mí dicen:
“No tiene salvación en Dios”! [ Pausa]
4 Pero tú, Señor, eres mi escudo,
mi gloria, quien me enaltece.
5 Cuando clamo al Señor,
él me responde desde su monte santo. [ Pausa]
6 Me acuesto y me quedo dormido,
me despierto porque el Señor me sostiene.
7 No temo a esa ingente multitud
que me ha puesto cerco por doquier.
8 ¡Ponte en acción, Señor! ¡Sálvame, Dios mío!,
tú que golpeaste la mejilla de mis enemigos,
tú que rompiste los dientes de los malvados.
9 La salvación viene del Señor,

The Lord Helps His Troubled People

3 Lord, how they have increased who trouble me!
Many are they who rise up against me.
2 Many are they who say of me,
“There is no help for him in God.” Selah
3 But You, O Lord, are (B)a shield [a]for me,
My glory and (C)the One who lifts up my head.
4 I cried to the Lord with my voice,
And (D)He heard me from His (E)holy hill. Selah
5 (F)I lay down and slept;
I awoke, for the Lord sustained me.
6 (G)I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people
Who have set themselves against me all around.
7 Arise, O Lord;
Save me, O my God!
(H)For You have struck all my enemies on the cheekbone;
You have broken the teeth of the ungodly.
8 (I)Salvation belongs to the Lord.
