上帝威严的声音
大卫的诗。
29 上帝的众子啊，
要赞美耶和华，
赞美祂的荣耀和能力，
2 要赞美祂荣耀的名，
穿上圣洁的衣服敬拜祂。
3 耶和华的声音回荡在海上，
荣耀的上帝打雷，
在洪涛之上打雷。
4 耶和华的声音充满能力；
耶和华的声音充满威严。
5 耶和华的声音震断香柏树，
耶和华劈碎黎巴嫩的香柏树，
6 使黎巴嫩山跳跃如小牛，
西连山跳跃如野牛。
7 耶和华的声音携闪电而来，
8 震动旷野，
震动加低斯的旷野。
9 耶和华的声音击倒橡树[a]，
使树木凋零。
众人在祂殿中高呼：
“荣耀归于耶和华！”
10 耶和华坐在洪涛之上，
耶和华永远坐着为王。
11 耶和华赐力量给自己的子民，
赐给他们平安的福乐。

A psalm of David.
29 Ascribe to the Lord, you heavenly beings,[a]
ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.
2 Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name;
worship the Lord
in the splendour of his holiness.[b](A)
3 The voice of the Lord is above the waters.
The God of glory thunders –
the Lord, above the vast water,(B)
4 the voice of the Lord in power,
the voice of the Lord in splendour.(C)
5 The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars;
the Lord shatters the cedars of Lebanon.(D)
6 He makes Lebanon skip like a calf,(E)
and Sirion, like a young wild ox.(F)
7 The voice of the Lord flashes flames of fire.(G)
8 The voice of the Lord shakes the wilderness;
the Lord shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.(H)
9 The voice of the Lord makes the deer give birth[c](I)
and strips the woodlands bare.(J)
In his temple all cry, ‘Glory! ’
10 The Lord sits enthroned over the flood;
the Lord sits enthroned, King for ever.(K)
11 The Lord gives his people strength;(L)
the Lord blesses his people with peace.(M)

29 Priznajte BOŽJU slavu, vi nebeska bića[a],
veličajte BOŽJU slavu i moć.
2 Slavite BOŽJE slavno ime,
hvalite BOŽJU svetu ljepotu.
3 BOŽJI glas čuje se nad morem.
Nad vodenim prostranstvom
slavnog BOGA grmi glas.
4 Glas BOGA je silan,
veličanstven je BOŽJI glas.
5 Glas BOGA slama cedrova stabla,
libanonske cedrove lomi BOG.
6 Čini da planine Libanona kao tele poskakuju,
da Sirion[b] kao mladi bik podrhtava.
7 Glas BOGA udara kao munja.
8 Pustinju trese BOŽJI glas,
BOG potresa pustinju Kadeš[c].
9 Glas BOGA hrastove povija[d]
i šume na zemlju obrušava.
Dok u Hramu svi viču: »Slava mu!«
10 BOG vlada nad vodenim prostranstvom,
BOG na prijestolju zauvijek kraljuje.
11 Neka BOG osnaži svoj narod,
neka BOG svom narodu pruži mir[e].
