祈求 神施恩及感恩稱頌
大衛的詩。
28 耶和華啊！我向你呼求；
我的磐石啊！不要不聽我；
如果你緘默不理我，
我就跟那些下坑的人一樣。（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）
2 我向你呼求，
向你的至聖所舉手禱告的時候，
求你垂聽我懇求的聲音。
3 求你不要把我和壞人，
跟作惡的人一同除掉；
他們與鄰居說平安的話，
心裡卻存著奸惡。
4 願你按著他們所作的，照著他們所行的惡報應他們；
願你照著他們手所作的報應他們，
把他們應得的報應加給他們。
5 他們既然不關心耶和華的作為，和他手所作的，
耶和華就必拆毀他們，不建立他們。
6 耶和華是應當稱頌的，
因為他聽了我懇求的聲音。
7 耶和華是我的力量，是我的盾牌；
我的心倚靠他，我就得到幫助；
所以我的心歡樂。
我要用詩歌頌讚他。
8 耶和華是他子民的力量，
又是他受膏者得救的保障。
9 求你拯救你的子民，
賜福給你的產業，
牧養他們，懷抱他們，直到永遠。

Xin Chúa Giúp Ðỡ, Cảm Tạ Chúa Khi Ngài Nhậm Lời
Thơ của Ða-vít
1 Chúa ôi, con cầu xin Ngài;
Vầng Ðá của con ôi, xin đừng làm ngơ với con;
Vì nếu Ngài cứ làm thinh với con,
Con sẽ thành như kẻ đi xuống phần mộ mà thôi.
2 Xin lắng nghe lời cầu xin ơn thương xót của con, khi con khẩn xin sự giúp đỡ,
Khi con đưa hai tay lên hướng về nơi chí thánh của Ngài.
3 Xin đừng đem con đi với những kẻ gian ác,
Tức với những kẻ làm điều tội lỗi;
Những kẻ ngoài miệng nói năng hòa nhã với người ta,
Nhưng trong lòng chứa đầy âm mưu hiểm độc.
4 Cầu xin Ngài báo trả chúng theo những việc chúng làm,
Và theo những điều gian ác chúng thực hiện.
Xin báo trả chúng theo những việc do tay chúng tạo ra;
Xin báo lại chúng tương xứng với điều chúng đã gây nên,
5 Vì chúng chẳng nghĩ gì đến công việc Chúa,
Cũng không màng gì đến các tác phẩm của tay Ngài.
Nguyện Ngài phá đổ những công việc của tay chúng,
Và không cho những việc ấy được thành hình.
6 Chúc tụng Chúa,
Vì Ngài đã nghe lời cầu xin ơn thương xót của tôi.
7 Chúa là sức mạnh của tôi và là thuẫn khiên của tôi.
Tôi để lòng tin cậy nơi Ngài, và tôi được giúp đỡ.
Vì thế lòng tôi rất vui mừng,
Nên tôi hát lên bài ca của mình để cảm tạ Ngài.
8 Chúa là sức mạnh của dân Ngài;
Ngài là thành trì cứu rỗi cho những người được xức dầu của Ngài.
9 Xin cứu con dân Ngài và ban phước cho cơ nghiệp Ngài;
Xin làm Ðấng chăn giữ họ và cưu mang họ đến đời đời.

28 Unto thee will I cry, O Lord my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.
2 Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.
3 Draw me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak peace to their neighbours, but mischief is in their hearts.
4 Give them according to their deeds, and according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work of their hands; render to them their desert.
5 Because they regard not the works of the Lord, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.
6 Blessed be the Lord, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.
7 The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.
8 The Lord is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.
9 Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.

1 To you, Lord, I call;
you are my Rock,
do not turn a deaf ear(A) to me.
For if you remain silent,(B)
I will be like those who go down to the pit.(C)
2 Hear my cry for mercy(D)
as I call to you for help,
as I lift up my hands(E)
toward your Most Holy Place.(F)
3 Do not drag me away with the wicked,
with those who do evil,
who speak cordially with their neighbors
but harbor malice in their hearts.(G)
4 Repay them for their deeds
and for their evil work;
repay them for what their hands have done(H)
and bring back on them what they deserve.(I)
5 Because they have no regard for the deeds of the Lord
and what his hands have done,(J)
he will tear them down
and never build them up again.
