祈求上帝帮助
大卫的诗。
28 耶和华啊，我呼求你；
我的磐石啊，别不理我。
你若默然不语，
我必绝望而死。
2 我向你呼求，
向你的至圣所举手祷告时，
求你垂听。
3 求你不要把我与奸恶人一同责罚，
他们对邻居口蜜腹剑。
4 求你使他们罪有应得，
按他们的恶行，
按他们手上的罪恶报应他们。
5 他们既然毫不在意耶和华的作为和祂的创造，
祂必永远毁灭他们。
6 耶和华当受称颂！

28 耶和华啊！我向你呼求；

如果你缄默不理我，

2 我向你呼求，
向你的至圣所举手祷告的时候，
求你垂听我恳求的声音。
3 求你不要把我和坏人，
跟作恶的人一同除掉；
他们与邻居说平安的话，
心里却存着奸恶。
4 愿你按着他们所作的，照着他们所行的恶报应他们；
愿你照着他们手所作的报应他们，
把他们应得的报应加给他们。
5 他们既然不关心耶和华的作为，和他手所作的，
耶和华就必拆毁他们，不建立他们。
6 耶和华是应当称颂的，
因为他听了我恳求的声音。
7 耶和华是我的力量，是我的盾牌；
我的心倚靠他，我就得到帮助；

Psalm 28
The Message
28 Don’t turn a deaf ear
when I call you, God.
If all I get from you is
deafening silence,
I’d be better off
in the Black Hole.
2 I’m letting you know what I need,
calling out for help
And lifting my arms
toward your inner sanctuary.
3-4 Don’t shove me into
the same jail cell with those crooks,
With those who are
full-time employees of evil.
They talk a good line of “peace,”
then moonlight for the Devil.
Pay them back for what they’ve done,
for how bad they’ve been.
Pay them back for their long hours
in the Devil’s workshop;
Then cap it with a huge bonus.
5 Because they have no idea how God works
or what he is up to,
God will smash them to smithereens
and walk away from the ruins.
6-7 Blessed be God—
he heard me praying.
He proved he’s on my side;
I’ve thrown my lot in with him.
Now I’m jumping for joy,
and shouting and singing my thanks to him.
8-9 God is all strength for his people,
ample refuge for his chosen leader;
Save your people
and bless your heritage.
Care for them;
carry them like a good shepherd.

Psalmul 28
Al lui David
1 Doamne, către Tine strig!
Stânca mea, nu rămâne surd la strigătul meu,
ca nu cumva, tăcând faţă de mine,
să mă asemăn cu cei care se coboară în groapă!
2 Ascultă glasul rugilor mele,
atunci când strig către Tine după ajutor,
atunci când îmi ridic mâinile
spre Locul Tău Preasfânt!
3 Nu mă condamna împreună cu cei răi,
împreună cu răufăcătorii,
cu cei ce vorbesc de pace semenului lor,
dar în inima lor este numai răutate.
4 Răsplăteşte-le după faptele lor,
după răutatea lucrărilor lor;
după faptele mâinilor lor să le răsplăteşti!
Întoarce asupra lor răsplata cuvenită!
5 Pentru că ei nu iau aminte la lucrările Domnului
şi la faptele mâinilor Lui,
El îi va dărâma
şi nu îi va mai zidi la loc!
6 Binecuvântat să fie Domnul,
căci El a ascultat glasul rugilor mele!
7 Domnul este tăria mea şi scutul meu!
În El mi se încrede inima, şi sunt ajutat.
De aceea inima mea chiuie de bucurie
şi-I aduc mulţumiri prin cântecele mele!
8 Domnul este tăria poporului Său!
El este fortăreaţă izbăvitoare pentru unsul Său.
9 Mântuieşte-Ţi poporul!
Binecuvântează-Ţi moştenirea!
Păstoreşte-i şi sprijină-i pe vecie!
