荣耀的君王

大卫的诗。

24 大地和其中的万物都属于耶和华,
世上的一切都是祂的。
祂把大地奠基于海中,
建立在大水之上。
谁能登耶和华的山?
谁能站在祂的圣所中?
只有那些手洁心清,
不拜假神,不起假誓的人。
他们必蒙耶和华赐福,
被救他们的上帝称为义人。
这就是寻求耶和华的人,
他们敬拜雅各的上帝。(细拉)

众城门啊,打开吧!
古老的城门啊,敞开吧!
让荣耀的君王进来。
谁是荣耀的君王呢?是耶和华,

24 Do Senhor é a terra e a sua plenitude, o mundo e aqueles que nele habitam. Porque ele a fundou sobre os mares e a firmou sobre os rios.

Quem subirá ao monte do Senhor ou quem estará no seu lugar santo?

Aquele que é limpo de mãos e puro de coração, que não entrega a sua alma à vaidade, nem jura enganosamente. Este receberá a bênção do Senhor e a justiça do Deus da sua salvação. Esta é a geração daqueles que buscam, daqueles que buscam a tua face, ó Deus de Jacó. (Selá)

Levantai, ó portas, as vossas cabeças; levantai-vos, ó entradas eternas, e entrará o Rei da Glória. Quem é este Rei da Glória? O Senhor forte e poderoso, o Senhor poderoso na guerra. The King of Glory

A Davidic psalm.

The earth and everything in it,
the world and its inhabitants,
belong to the Lord;(A)
for He laid its foundation on the seas
and established it on the rivers.(B)

Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord?
Who may stand in His holy place?(C)
The one who has clean hands and a pure heart,(D)
who has not set his mind[a] on what is false,(E)
and who has not sworn deceitfully.
He will receive blessing from the Lord,(F)
and righteousness from the God of his salvation.(G)
Such is the generation of those who seek Him,
who seek the face of the God of Jacob.[b](H)Selah

Lift up your heads, you gates!
Rise up, ancient doors!
Then the King of glory will come in.(I)
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord, strong and mighty,
the Lord, mighty in battle.(J)

Of David. A psalm.

The earth is the Lord’s,(A) and everything in it,
    the world, and all who live in it;(B)
for he founded it on the seas
    and established it on the waters.(C)

Who may ascend the mountain(D) of the Lord?
    Who may stand in his holy place?(E)

    who does not trust in an idol(H)
    or swear by a false god.[a]

They will receive blessing(I) from the Lord
    and vindication(J) from God their Savior.
