痛苦中的祷告和赞美
22 我的 神，我的 神，为什么离弃我？
为什么远离不救我，不听我的呻吟？
2 我的 神啊，我白日呼求，你不应允；
夜间呼求，也不得安宁。
3 但你是神圣的，
用以色列的赞美为宝座。
4 我们的祖宗倚靠你；
他们倚靠你，你解救他们。
5 他们哀求你，就蒙解救；
他们倚靠你，就不羞愧。
6 但我是虫，不是人，
被众人羞辱，被百姓藐视。
7 凡看见我的都嗤笑我；
他们撇嘴摇头：
8 “他把自己交托给耶和华，让耶和华救他吧！
耶和华既喜爱他，可以搭救他吧！”
9 但你是叫我出母腹的，
我在母怀里，你就使我有倚靠的心。
10 我自出母胎就交在你手里，
自我出母腹，你就是我的 神。
11 求你不要远离我！
因为灾难临头，无人帮助。
12 许多公牛环绕我，
巴珊大力的公牛四面围困我。
13 它们向我张口，
好像猎食吼叫的狮子。
14 我如水被倒出，
我的骨头都脱了节，
我的心如蜡，在我里面熔化。
15 我的精力枯干，如同瓦片，
我的舌头紧贴上颚。
你将我安置在死灰中。
16 犬类围着我，恶党环绕我；
他们扎了我的手、我的脚。
17 我数遍我的骨头；
他们瞪着眼看我。
18 他们分我的外衣，
为我的内衣抽签。
19 耶和华啊，求你不要远离我！
我的救主啊，求你快来帮助我！
20 求你救我的性命脱离刀剑，
使我仅有的[a]脱离犬类，
21 求你救我脱离狮子的口；
你已经应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。
22 我要将你的名传给我的弟兄，
在会众中我要赞美你。
23 敬畏耶和华的人哪，要赞美他！
雅各的后裔啊，要荣耀他！
以色列的后裔啊，要惧怕他！
24 因为他没有藐视、憎恶受苦的人，
也没有转脸不顾他们；
那受苦之人呼求的时候，他就垂听。
25 我在大会中赞美你的话是从你而来，
我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。
26 愿困苦的人吃得饱足，
愿寻求耶和华的人赞美他。
愿你们的心永远活着！
27 地的四极都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他，
列国的万族都要在你面前敬拜。
28 因为国度属于耶和华，
他是管理列国的。
29 地上富足的人都必吃喝而敬拜，
凡下到尘土中不能存活自己性命的人，
都要在他面前下拜[b]；
30 必有后裔事奉他，
主所做的事必传给后代。
31 他们必来传他的公义给尚未出生的子民，
这是他的作为。

22 我的 神！我的 神！你为甚么离弃我？
为甚么远离不救我，不听我呻吟的话呢？
2 我的 神啊！我日间呼求，你不应允；
在晚上我还是不停止。
3 但你是圣洁的，
是用以色列的赞美为宝座的。
4 我们的列祖倚靠你，
他们倚靠你，你就救他们。
5 他们向你哀求，就得拯救；
他们倚靠你，就不失望。
6 但我是虫，不是人，
是世上所羞辱的，也是众人所藐视的。
7 看见我的，都嘲笑我；
他们撇着嘴，摇着头，说：
8 “他既然把自己交托耶和华，
就让耶和华搭救他吧！
耶和华既然喜悦他，就让耶和华拯救他吧！”
9 然而，是你使我从母腹中出来的；
我在母亲的怀里，你就使我有倚靠的心。
10 我自出母胎，就被交托给你；
我一出母腹，你就是我的 神。
11 求你不要远离我，因为灾难临近了，
却没有人帮助我。
12 有许多公牛围着我，
巴珊强壮的公牛困住了我。
13 他们向我大大地张嘴，
像抓撕吼叫的狮子。
14 我好象水被倾倒出去，
我全身的骨头都散脱了，
我的心在我里面像蜡融化。
15 我的精力像瓦片一样枯干，
我的舌头紧黏着上颚，
你把我放在死亡的尘土中。
16 犬类围着我，
恶党环绕我，

17 我能数算我全身的骨头，
他们却瞪着眼看我。

19 至于你，耶和华啊！求你不要远离我；
我的力量啊！求你快来帮助我。
20 求你搭救我的性命脱离刀剑，
搭救我的生命脱离恶狗的爪。
21 求你拯救我脱离狮子的口，
拯救我脱离野牛的角。
你已经应允了我。
22 我要向我的兄弟宣扬你的名，
我要在聚会中赞美你。
23 敬畏耶和华的人哪！你们要赞美他；
雅各所有的后裔啊！你们都要尊敬他；
以色列所有的后裔啊！你们都要惧怕他。
24 因为他不轻看，不厌恶受苦的人的痛苦，也没有掩面不顾他；
受苦的人呼求的时候，他就垂听。
25 在大会中，我赞美你的话是从你而来的；
在敬畏耶和华的人面前，我要还我的愿。
26 受苦的人必吃得饱足，
寻求耶和华的人必赞美他，
愿你们的心永远活着！
27 地的四极，都要记念耶和华，并且归向他。
列国的万族，都要在他（“他”有古抄本作“你”）面前敬拜。
28 因为国度是属于耶和华的，
他是掌管万国的。
29 地上所有富足的人，都必吃喝、敬拜；
所有下到尘土中，不再存活的人，
都在他面前屈身下拜。
30 必有后裔服事他，
必有人把主的事向后代述说。
31 他们要把他的公义传给以后出生的民，

22 我的上帝，我的上帝，
你為何離棄我？
為何遲遲不來救我，
不聽我的哀號呢？
2 我的上帝啊，
我日夜不停地呼求，
你卻沒有回應。
3 然而，你是聖潔的，
你的寶座設立在以色列人的頌讚之上。
4 我們的祖先信靠你，
他們信靠你，
你就拯救他們。
5 他們向你呼求，
就得到拯救；
他們信靠你，
就不會失望。
6 但我好像不是人，只是一條蟲，
受盡人的羞辱和藐視。
7 看見我的人都譏笑我，
他們撇著嘴、搖著頭說：
8 「他信靠耶和華，
讓耶和華救他吧！
既然耶和華喜悅他，
讓耶和華拯救他吧！」

Why Have You Forsaken Me?

22 (A)My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?
Why are you so (B)far from saving me, from the words of my (C)groaning?
2 O my God, I cry by (D)day, but you do not answer,
and by night, but I find no rest.
3 Yet you are (E)holy,
(F)enthroned on (G)the praises[a] of Israel.
4 In you our fathers trusted;
they trusted, and you delivered them.
5 To you they (H)cried and were rescued;
in you they (I)trusted and were not put to shame.
6 But I am (J)a worm and not a man,
(K)scorned by mankind and (L)despised by the people.
7 All who see me (M)mock me;
they make mouths at me; they (N)wag their heads;
8 (O)“He trusts in the Lord; let him (P)deliver him;
let him rescue him, for he (Q)delights in him!”
9 Yet you are he who (R)took me from the womb;
you made me trust you at my mother's breasts.
10 On you was I cast from my birth,
and from (S)my mother's womb you have been my God.
11 Be not (T)far from me,
for trouble is near,

12 Many bulls encompass me;
(V)strong bulls of (W)Bashan surround me;
13 they (X)open wide their mouths at me,
like a ravening and roaring lion.

those who seek him shall praise the Lord!
May your hearts (BA)live for ever!
27 All (BB)the ends of the earth shall remember
and turn to the Lord,
and all (BC)the families of the nations
shall worship before you.
28 For (BD)kingship belongs to the Lord,
and he rules over the nations.
29 All (BE)the prosperous of the earth eat and worship;
before him shall (BF)bow all who go down to the dust,
even the one who could not (BG)keep himself alive.
30 Posterity shall serve him;
it shall be told of the Lord to the coming (BH)generation;
31 they shall (BI)come and proclaim his righteousness to a people yet (BJ)unborn,
that he has done it.
