颂赞胜利
大卫的诗，交给乐长。
21 耶和华啊，
君王因你的能力而欢欣，
因你的拯救而雀跃。
2 你满足了他的心愿，
未曾拒绝他的请求。（细拉）
3 你赐给他丰盛的祝福，
给他戴上纯金的冠冕。
4 他向你祈求长寿，
你就赐给他永生。
5 你的救助带给他无限荣耀，
你赐给他尊荣和威严。
6 你给他的祝福永无穷尽，
你的同在使他充满喜乐。
7 君王信靠耶和华，
靠着至高者的慈爱必不动摇。
8 耶和华啊，
你的手必寻索你的敌人，
你用右手搜出所有恨你的人。
9 你一出现，
他们便像身在火炉中，
你在烈怒中吞灭他们，
你的烈火烧灭他们。
10 你必从世上铲除他们的子孙，
从人间灭绝他们的后裔。
11 他们虽然用阴谋诡计对抗你，
却不能成功。
12 你必弯弓搭箭瞄准他们，
使他们掉头逃跑。
13 耶和华啊，愿你彰显大能，受人尊崇！

Thanksgiving for the King
For the director of music. A song of David.
21 Lord, the king rejoices because of your strength.
He is so happy when you save him!
2 You gave the king what he wanted.
You did not refuse what he asked for. Selah
3 You put good things before him.
You placed a gold crown on his head.
4 He asked you for life.
And you gave it to him.
His years go on and on.
5 He has great glory because you gave him victories.
You gave him honor and praise.
6 You always gave him blessings.
You made him glad because you were with him.
7 The king truly trusts the Lord.
Because God Most High always loves him,
he will not be overwhelmed.
8 Your hand is against all your enemies.
Those who hate you will feel your power.
9 When you appear, you will burn them like wood in a furnace.
In your anger you will eat them up.
Your fire will burn them up.
10 You will destroy their families from the earth.
Their children will not live.
11 They made evil plans against you.
But their traps won’t work.
12 You will make them turn their backs
when you aim your arrows at them.
13 Be supreme, Lord, in your power.
We sing and praise your greatness.

21 (2) Señor,
el rey está alegre porque le has dado fuerzas;
¡está muy alegre porque le has dado la victoria!
2 (3) Has cumplido sus deseos;
no le has negado sus peticiones.
3 (4) Lo recibiste con grandes bendiciones
y le pusiste una corona de oro.
4 (5) Te pidió vida, y se la diste:
vida larga y duradera.
5 (6) Gracias a tu ayuda, es grande su poder;
le has dado honor y dignidad.
6 (7) Lo has bendecido para siempre;
con tu presencia lo llenas de alegría.
7 (8) Tú, oh rey, jamás caerás, pues confías en el Señor;
¡confías en el amor del Altísimo!
8 (9) Tu poder alcanzará a todos tus enemigos;
tu derecha alcanzará a los que te odian;
9 (10) los pondrás en un horno encendido
cuando aparezcas para juzgar.
El Señor, en su furor,
los consumirá con un fuego destructor.
10 (11) Borrarás del mundo y de entre los hombres
a sus hijos y sus descendientes.
11 (12) Aunque quieran hacerte daño
y hagan planes contra ti,
no se saldrán con la suya,
12 (13) pues tú los pondrás en fuga;
con tu arco apuntarás contra ellos.
13 (14) ¡Levántate con tu poder, Señor!
¡Celebraremos con himnos tus victorias!

King James Version
21 The king shall joy in thy strength, O Lord; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!
2 Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah.
3 For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head.
4 He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever.
5 His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him.
6 For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.
7 For the king trusteth in the Lord, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.
8 Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.
9 Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the Lord shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.
10 Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.
11 For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.
12 Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them.
13 Be thou exalted, Lord, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.
