信靠之福
大卫的诗。
16 上帝啊！我投靠你，
求你保护我。
2 我对耶和华说：“你是我的主，
我美好的一切都从你而来。”
3 世上敬畏你的人极其尊贵，
是我所喜爱的。
4 追随假神的人，其愁苦必有增无减。
我必不向他们的假神献上血祭，
口中也不提假神的名号。
5 耶和华啊，你是我的一切，
你赐我一切福分，
你掌管我的一切。
6 你赐我佳美之地，
我的产业何其美！
7 我要称颂赐我教诲的耶和华，
我的良心也在夜间提醒我。
8 我常以耶和华为念，
祂在我右边，我必不动摇。
9 因此，我的心欢喜，
我的灵快乐，
我的身体也安然无恙。
10 你不会把我的灵魂撇在阴间，
也不会让你的圣者身体朽坏。
11 你把生命之路指示我，
你右手有永远的福乐，
我在你面前充满喜乐。

Proteggimi, o Dio: in te mi rifugio.
2 Ho detto a Dio: «Sei tu il mio Signore,
senza di te non ho alcun bene».
3 Per i santi, che sono sulla terra,
uomini nobili, è tutto il mio amore.
4 Si affrettino altri a costruire idoli:
io non spanderò le loro libazioni di sangue
né pronunzierò con le mie labbra i loro nomi.
5 Il Signore è mia parte di eredità e mio calice:
nelle tue mani è la mia vita.
6 Per me la sorte è caduta su luoghi deliziosi,
è magnifica la mia eredità.
7 Benedico il Signore che mi ha dato consiglio;
anche di notte il mio cuore mi istruisce.
8 Io pongo sempre innanzi a me il Signore,
sta alla mia destra, non posso vacillare.
9 Di questo gioisce il mio cuore,
esulta la mia anima;
anche il mio corpo riposa al sicuro,
10 perché non abbandonerai la mia vita nel sepolcro,
né lascerai che il tuo santo veda la corruzione.
11 Mi indicherai il sentiero della vita,
gioia piena nella tua presenza,
dolcezza senza fine alla tua destra.

2 I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;(C)
apart from you I have no good thing.”(D)
3 I say of the holy people(E) who are in the land,(F)
“They are the noble ones in whom is all my delight.”
4 Those who run after other gods(G) will suffer(H) more and more.
I will not pour out libations of blood to such gods
or take up their names(I) on my lips.
5 Lord, you alone are my portion(J) and my cup;(K)
you make my lot(L) secure.
6 The boundary lines(M) have fallen for me in pleasant places;
surely I have a delightful inheritance.(N)
7 I will praise the Lord, who counsels me;(O)
even at night(P) my heart instructs me.
8 I keep my eyes always on the Lord.
With him at my right hand,(Q) I will not be shaken.(R)
9 Therefore my heart is glad(S) and my tongue rejoices;
my body also will rest secure,(T)
10 because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead,(U)
nor will you let your faithful[b] one(V) see decay.(W)
11 You make known to me the path of life;(X)
you will fill me with joy in your presence,(Y)
with eternal pleasures(Z) at your right hand.(AA)
