信靠之福
大卫的诗。
16 上帝啊！我投靠你，
求你保护我。
2 我对耶和华说：“你是我的主，
我美好的一切都从你而来。”
3 世上敬畏你的人极其尊贵，
是我所喜爱的。
4 追随假神的人，其愁苦必有增无减。
我必不向他们的假神献上血祭，
口中也不提假神的名号。
5 耶和华啊，你是我的一切，
你赐我一切福分，
你掌管我的一切。
6 你赐我佳美之地，
我的产业何其美！
7 我要称颂赐我教诲的耶和华，
我的良心也在夜间提醒我。
8 我常以耶和华为念，
祂在我右边，我必不动摇。
9 因此，我的心欢喜，
我的灵快乐，
我的身体也安然无恙。
10 你不会把我的灵魂撇在阴间，
也不会让你的圣者身体朽坏。
11 你把生命之路指示我，
你右手有永远的福乐，
我在你面前充满喜乐。

3 至于世上的圣民，
他们都是尊贵荣美的人，全是我所喜爱的。
4 追求别神的，他们的愁苦必定加多。
他们所奠的血祭，我不祭奠；
我的嘴唇也不提别神的名。
5 耶和华是我的产业，是我杯中的分；
我所得的业分，你亲自为我持守。
6 准绳量给我的是佳美之地，
我的产业实在令我喜悦。
7 我要称颂那指导我的耶和华，
我的心在夜间也劝戒我。
8 我常常把耶和华摆在我面前，
因他在我右边，我必不会动摇。

16 Cuídame, Dios mío,
porque en ti busco protección.
2 Yo te he dicho:
«Tú eres mi Dios;
todo lo bueno que tengo,
lo he recibido de ti.
Sin ti, no tengo nada».
3 La gente de mi pueblo,
que sólo a ti te adora,
me hace sentir feliz.
4 Pero quienes adoran ídolos
sufrirán en gran manera.
¡Jamás rendiré culto a los ídolos!
¡Jamás les presentaré ofrendas!
5 Tú eres mi Dios,
eres todo lo que tengo;
tú llenas mi vida
y me das seguridad.
6 Gracias a ti,
la herencia que me tocó
es una tierra muy bella.
7 Yo te bendigo
por los consejos que me das;
tus enseñanzas me guían
en las noches más oscuras.
8 Yo siempre te tengo presente;
si tú estás a mi lado,
nada me hará caer.
9 Por eso estoy muy contento,
por eso me siento feliz,
por eso vivo confiado.

Confidence in Yahweh

16 Protect me, O God,
for I take refuge in you.
2 Oh my soul you have said[c] to Yahweh, “You are my Lord.
I have no good apart from you.”
3 With regard to the saints who are in the land,
they are the noble ones in whom is all my desire.
4 Those who hurry after[d] another god increase their sorrows.
I will not pour out their drink offerings of blood,
nor take up their names on my lips.
5 Yahweh is the portion which is my share and my cup.
You hold my lot.
6 The measuring lines have fallen for me in pleasant places.
Yes, my inheritance is delightful for me.
7 I will bless Yahweh who advises me;
yes, at night my innermost being[e] instructs me.
8 I have set Yahweh before me always.
Because he is at my right hand I will not be shaken.
9 Therefore my heart is glad and my glory rejoices.
Yes, my body will dwell in safety,
10 for you will not abandon my soul to Sheol;
you will not give your faithful one to see the grave.
11 You will make known to me the path of life.
In your presence is fullness of joy.
At your right hand are pleasures forever.
