稱頌 神的信實公義
146 你們要讚美耶和華。
我的心哪！要讚美耶和華。
2 我還活著的時候，我要讚美耶和華；
我還在世上的時候，我要歌頌我的 神。
3 你們不要倚靠權貴，
不要倚靠世人，他們一點都不能救助你們。
4 他們的氣一斷，就歸回塵土；
他們所計劃的，當天就幻滅了。
5 以雅各的 神為自己的幫助，
仰望耶和華他的 神的，
這人就是有福的。
6 耶和華造天、地、海，
和其中的萬物；
他持守信實，直到永遠。
7 他為受欺壓的人伸冤，
賜食物給飢餓的人，
耶和華使被囚的得自由。
8 耶和華開了瞎子的眼睛，
耶和華扶起被壓迫的人，
耶和華喜愛義人。
9 耶和華保護寄居的，

146 Praise ye the Lord. Praise the Lord, O my soul.
2 While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
5 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:
6 Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The Lord looseth the prisoners:
8 The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous:
9 The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
10 The Lord shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the Lord.

146 Alleluia. Anima mia, loda l'Eterno.
2 Io loderò l'Eterno finché ho vita, canterò le lodi del mio DIO per tutta la mia esistenza.
3 Non confidate nei principi né in alcun figlio d'uomo, che non può salvare.
4 Quando il suo spirito se ne va, egli ritorna alla terra, e in quello stesso giorno i suoi progetti periscono.
5 Beato colui che ha il DIO di Giacobbe per suo aiuto, la cui speranza è nell'Eterno, il suo DIO,
6 che ha fatto i cieli e la terra, il mare e tutto ciò che è in essi, che serba la fedeltà in eterno,
7 che rende giustizia agli oppressi e dà il cibo agli affamati. L'Eterno libera i prigionieri.
8 L'Eterno apre gli occhi ai ciechi, l'Eterno rialza quelli che sono abbattuti, l'Eterno ama i giusti.
9 L'Eterno protegge i forestieri, soccorre l'orfano e la vedova ma sovverte la via degli empi.
10 L'Eterno regna per sempre il tuo DIO, o Sion, per ogni età. Alleluia.
