称颂 神的信实公义
146 你们要赞美耶和华。
我的心哪！要赞美耶和华。
2 我还活着的时候，我要赞美耶和华；
我还在世上的时候，我要歌颂我的 神。
3 你们不要倚靠权贵，
不要倚靠世人，他们一点都不能救助你们。
4 他们的气一断，就归回尘土；
他们所计划的，当天就幻灭了。
5 以雅各的 神为自己的帮助，
仰望耶和华他的 神的，
这人就是有福的。
6 耶和华造天、地、海，
和其中的万物；
他持守信实，直到永远。
7 他为受欺压的人伸冤，
赐食物给饥饿的人，
耶和华使被囚的得自由。
8 耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛，
耶和华扶起被压迫的人，
耶和华喜爱义人。
9 耶和华保护寄居的，
扶持孤儿寡妇，
却使恶人的行动挫败。
10 愿耶和华作王，直到永远！

146 Praise the Lord! Yes, really praise him! 2 I will praise him as long as I live, yes, even with my dying breath.
3 Don’t look to men for help; their greatest leaders fail; 4 for every man must die. His breathing stops, life ends, and in a moment all he planned for himself is ended. 5 But happy is the man who has the God of Jacob as his helper, whose hope is in the Lord his God— 6 the God who made both earth and heaven, the seas and everything in them. He is the God who keeps every promise, 7 who gives justice to the poor and oppressed and food to the hungry. He frees the prisoners 8 and opens the eyes of the blind; he lifts the burdens from those bent down beneath their loads. For the Lord loves good men. 9 He protects the immigrants and cares for the orphans and widows. But he turns topsy-turvy the plans of the wicked.
10 The Lord will reign forever. O Jerusalem,[a] your God is King in every generation! Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!

146 你们要赞美耶和华！
我的心啊，你要赞美耶和华。
2 我要一生赞美耶和华，
我一息尚存都要赞美祂。
3 你们不要倚靠权贵，
不要倚靠世人，
他们救不了你们。
4 他们气息一断，便归回尘土，
他们的打算转眼成空。
5 蒙雅各的上帝相助、仰望上帝耶和华的人有福了！
6 耶和华创造了天、地、海和其中的万物，
祂永远信实可靠。
7 祂为受压制的人申冤，
赐食物给饥饿的人，
使被囚者得自由。
8 耶和华叫瞎子看见，
扶持被重担所压的人，
祂喜爱义人。
9 耶和华保护寄居异地的人，
看顾孤儿寡妇，
祂挫败恶人的阴谋诡计。
10 耶和华永远掌权。
锡安啊，
你的上帝要世世代代做王。

146 Praise ye the Lord. Praise the Lord, O my soul.
2 While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
3 Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
5 Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God:
6 Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:
7 Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The Lord looseth the prisoners:
8 The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind: the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down: the Lord loveth the righteous:
9 The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
10 The Lord shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the Lord.

1 Praise the Lord.[a]
Praise the Lord,(A) my soul.
2 I will praise the Lord all my life;(B)
I will sing praise(C) to my God as long as I live.(D)
3 Do not put your trust in princes,(E)
in human beings,(F) who cannot save.
4 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground;(G)
on that very day their plans come to nothing.(H)
5 Blessed are those(I) whose help(J) is the God of Jacob,
whose hope is in the Lord their God.
6 He is the Maker of heaven(K) and earth,
the sea, and everything in them—
he remains faithful(L) forever.
7 He upholds(M) the cause of the oppressed(N)
and gives food to the hungry.(O)
The Lord sets prisoners free,(P)
8 the Lord gives sight(Q) to the blind,(R)
the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down,(S)
the Lord loves the righteous.(T)
9 The Lord watches over the foreigner(U)
and sustains the fatherless(V) and the widow,(W)
but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
10 The Lord reigns(X) forever,
your God, O Zion, for all generations.
