称颂 神的信实公义
146 你们要赞美耶和华。
我的心哪！要赞美耶和华。
2 我还活着的时候，我要赞美耶和华；
我还在世上的时候，我要歌颂我的 神。
3 你们不要倚靠权贵，
不要倚靠世人，他们一点都不能救助你们。
4 他们的气一断，就归回尘土；
他们所计划的，当天就幻灭了。
5 以雅各的 神为自己的帮助，
仰望耶和华他的 神的，
这人就是有福的。
6 耶和华造天、地、海，
和其中的万物；
他持守信实，直到永远。
7 他为受欺压的人伸冤，
赐食物给饥饿的人，
耶和华使被囚的得自由。
8 耶和华开了瞎子的眼睛，
耶和华扶起被压迫的人，
耶和华喜爱义人。
9 耶和华保护寄居的，
扶持孤儿寡妇，
却使恶人的行动挫败。
10 愿耶和华作王，直到永远！
锡安哪！愿你的 神作王，直到万代。

146 Louez l’Eternel !
Que, de tout mon être, ╵je loue l’Eternel !
2 Je veux louer l’Eternel ╵tant que je vivrai,
je célébrerai ╵mon Dieu en musique ╵tout au long ╵de mon existence.
3 Ne placez pas votre foi ╵dans les puissants de ce monde
ni dans des humains ╵incapables de sauver !
4 Dès qu’ils ont poussé ╵leur dernier soupir, ╵ils retournent à la terre
et, au même instant, ╵leurs projets s’évanouissent.
5 Heureux l’homme ╵qui reçoit son aide ╵du Dieu de Jacob,
et dont l’espérance ╵est dans l’Eternel son Dieu.
6 Car l’Eternel a créé ╵le ciel et la terre
ainsi que la mer, ╵avec tout ce qui s’y trouve[a].
Il reste à jamais fidèle.
7 Il fait droit aux opprimés ;
il nourrit les affamés ;
l’Eternel relâche ╵ceux qui sont emprisonnés.
8 L’Eternel rend la vue aux aveugles.
L’Eternel relève ╵celui qui fléchit.
L’Eternel aime les justes.
9 L’Eternel protège ╵l’étranger,
il est le soutien ╵de la veuve ╵et de l’orphelin.
Mais il fait dévier ╵le chemin qu’empruntent les méchants.
10 L’Eternel est Roi ╵pour l’éternité,
lui qui est ton Dieu, ╵ô Sion, ╵de génération ╵en génération.

The Happiness of Those Whose Help Is the Lord
146 Praise[a] the Lord!
(A)Praise the Lord, O my soul!
2 (B)While I live I will praise the Lord;
I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
3 (C)Do not put your trust in princes,
Nor in [b]a son of man, in whom there is no [c]help.
4 (D)His spirit departs, he returns to his earth;
In that very day (E)his plans perish.
5 (F)Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help,
Whose hope is in the Lord his God,
6 (G)Who made heaven and earth,
The sea, and all that is in them;
Who keeps truth forever,
7 (H)Who executes justice for the oppressed,
(I)Who gives food to the hungry.
(J)The Lord gives freedom to the prisoners.
8 (K)The Lord opens the eyes of the blind;
(L)The Lord raises those who are bowed down;
The Lord loves the righteous.
9 (M)The Lord watches over the strangers;
He relieves the fatherless and widow;
(N)But the way of the wicked He [d]turns upside down.
10 (O)The Lord shall reign forever—
Your God, O Zion, to all generations.
