讚美上帝的幫助
146 你們要讚美耶和華！
我的心啊，你要讚美耶和華。
2 我要一生讚美耶和華，
我一息尚存都要讚美祂。
3 你們不要倚靠權貴，
不要倚靠世人，
他們救不了你們。
4 他們氣息一斷，便歸回塵土，
他們的打算轉眼成空。
5 蒙雅各的上帝相助、仰望上帝耶和華的人有福了！
6 耶和華創造了天、地、海和其中的萬物，
祂永遠信實可靠。
7 祂為受壓制的人伸冤，
賜食物給饑餓的人，
使被囚者得自由。
8 耶和華叫瞎子看見，
扶持被重擔所壓的人，
祂喜愛義人。
9 耶和華保護寄居異地的人，
看顧孤兒寡婦，
祂挫敗惡人的陰謀詭計。
10 耶和華永遠掌權。
錫安啊，
你的上帝要世世代代做王。
你們要讚美耶和華！

146 Aleluia!
Louvarei o SENHOR com toda a minha alma!
2 Louvarei o SENHOR toda a minha vida.
Enquanto eu viver, cantarei louvores ao SENHOR.
3 Não confiem nas pessoas importantes,
pois são apenas seres humanos, que não podem salvar ninguém.
4 Elas também morrem e voltam ao pó;
nesse mesmo dia terminam todos os seus planos.
5 Feliz é aquele que recebe ajuda do Deus de Jacó;
aquele que confia no SENHOR, seu Deus.
6 Foi ele que fez os céus, a terra, o mar
e tudo o que há neles,
ele é sempre fiel.
7 O SENHOR defende os oprimidos,
dá comida a quem tem fome
e dá liberdade aos prisioneiros.
8 O SENHOR dá vista aos cegos;
o SENHOR levanta os que caem;
o SENHOR ama os justos.
9 O SENHOR protege o estrangeiro,
cuida dos órfãos e das viúvas,
mas amarga a vida dos que praticam o mal.
10 O SENHOR reinará eternamente!
Ó Sião, o seu Deus reinará de geração em geração.

Psalm 146
1 Praise the Lord.[a]
Praise the Lord,(A) my soul.
2 I will praise the Lord all my life;(B)
I will sing praise(C) to my God as long as I live.(D)
3 Do not put your trust in princes,(E)
in human beings,(F) who cannot save.
4 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground;(G)
on that very day their plans come to nothing.(H)
5 Blessed are those(I) whose help(J) is the God of Jacob,
whose hope is in the Lord their God.
6 He is the Maker of heaven(K) and earth,
the sea, and everything in them—
he remains faithful(L) forever.
7 He upholds(M) the cause of the oppressed(N)
and gives food to the hungry.(O)
The Lord sets prisoners free,(P)
8 the Lord gives sight(Q) to the blind,(R)
the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down,(S)
the Lord loves the righteous.(T)
9 The Lord watches over the foreigner(U)
and sustains the fatherless(V) and the widow,(W)
but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
10 The Lord reigns(X) forever,
your God, O Zion, for all generations.
Praise the Lord.
