赞美上帝的帮助
146 你们要赞美耶和华！
我的心啊，你要赞美耶和华。
2 我要一生赞美耶和华，
我一息尚存都要赞美祂。
3 你们不要倚靠权贵，
不要倚靠世人，
他们救不了你们。
4 他们气息一断，便归回尘土，
他们的打算转眼成空。
5 蒙雅各的上帝相助、仰望上帝耶和华的人有福了！
6 耶和华创造了天、地、海和其中的万物，
祂永远信实可靠。
7 祂为受压制的人申冤，
赐食物给饥饿的人，
使被囚者得自由。
8 耶和华叫瞎子看见，
扶持被重担所压的人，
祂喜爱义人。
9 耶和华保护寄居异地的人，
看顾孤儿寡妇，
祂挫败恶人的阴谋诡计。
10 耶和华永远掌权。
锡安啊，
你的上帝要世世代代做王。
你们要赞美耶和华！

1 Lăudaţi pe Domnul!
Laudă(A), suflete, pe Domnul!
2 Voi lăuda pe Domnul cât(B) voi trăi,
voi lăuda pe Dumnezeul meu cât voi fi.
3 Nu(C) vă încredeţi în cei mari,
în fiii oamenilor, în care nu este ajutor.
4 Suflarea lor trece(D), se întorc în pământ
şi în aceeaşi zi le pier şi planurile(E) lor.
5 Ferice(F) de cine are ca ajutor pe Dumnezeul lui Iacov,
ferice de cine-şi pune nădejdea în Domnul, Dumnezeul său!
6 El(G) a făcut cerurile şi pământul,
marea şi tot ce este în ea.
El ţine credincioşia în veci.
7 El(H) face dreptate celor asupriţi;
dă(I) pâine celor flămânzi.
Domnul(J) izbăveşte pe prinşii de război;
8 Domnul(K) deschide ochii orbilor;
Domnul(L) îndreaptă pe cei încovoiaţi;
Domnul iubeşte pe cei neprihăniţi.
9 Domnul(M) ocroteşte pe cei străini,
sprijină pe orfan şi pe văduvă,
dar(N) răstoarnă calea celor răi.
10 Domnul(O) împărăţeşte în veci;
Dumnezeul tău, Sioane, rămâne din veac în veac!
Lăudaţi pe Domnul!

1 Praise the Lord.[a]
Praise the Lord,(A) my soul.
2 I will praise the Lord all my life;(B)
I will sing praise(C) to my God as long as I live.(D)
3 Do not put your trust in princes,(E)
in human beings,(F) who cannot save.
4 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground;(G)
on that very day their plans come to nothing.(H)
5 Blessed are those(I) whose help(J) is the God of Jacob,
whose hope is in the Lord their God.
6 He is the Maker of heaven(K) and earth,
the sea, and everything in them—
he remains faithful(L) forever.
7 He upholds(M) the cause of the oppressed(N)
and gives food to the hungry.(O)
The Lord sets prisoners free,(P)
8 the Lord gives sight(Q) to the blind,(R)
the Lord lifts up those who are bowed down,(S)
the Lord loves the righteous.(T)
9 The Lord watches over the foreigner(U)
and sustains the fatherless(V) and the widow,(W)
but he frustrates the ways of the wicked.
10 The Lord reigns(X) forever,
your God, O Zion, for all generations.
Praise the Lord.
