赞美上帝的帮助

146 你们要赞美耶和华！
我的心啊，你要赞美耶和华。
²我要一生赞美耶和华，
我一息尚存都要赞美祂。
³你们不要倚靠权贵，
不要倚靠世人，
他们救不了你们。
⁴他们气息一断，便归回尘土，
他们的打算转眼成空。
⁵蒙雅各的上帝相助、仰望上帝耶和华的人有福了！
⁶耶和华创造了天、地、海和其中的万物，
祂永远信实可靠。
⁷祂为受压制的人申冤，
赐食物给饥饿的人，
使被囚者得自由。
⁸耶和华叫瞎子看见，
扶持被重担所压的人，
祂喜爱义人。
⁹耶和华保护寄居异地的人，
看顾孤儿寡妇，
祂挫败恶人的阴谋诡计。
¹⁰耶和华永远掌权。
锡安啊，
你的上帝要世世代代做王。
你们要赞美耶和华！

The Happiness of Those Whose Help Is the Lord

146 Praise^[a] the Lord!

^(A)Praise the Lord, O my soul!
²^(B)While I live I will praise the Lord;
I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.

³^(C)Do not put your trust in princes,
Nor in ^[b]a son of man, in whom there is no ^[c]help.
⁴^(D)His spirit departs, he returns to his earth;
In that very day ^(E)his plans perish.

⁵^(F)Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help,
Whose hope is in the Lord his God,
⁶^(G)Who made heaven and earth,
The sea, and all that is in them;
Who keeps truth forever,
⁷^(H)Who executes justice for the oppressed,
^(I)Who gives food to the hungry.
^(J)The Lord gives freedom to the prisoners.

⁸^(K)The Lord opens the eyes of the blind;
^(L)The Lord raises those who are bowed down;
The Lord loves the righteous.
⁹^(M)The Lord watches over the strangers;
He relieves the fatherless and widow;
^(N)But the way of the wicked He ^[d]turns upside down.

¹⁰^(O)The Lord shall reign forever—
Your God, O Zion, to all generations.

Praise for God’s Help

¹Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord, O my soul!
²I will praise the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praises to my God all my life long.

³Do not put your trust in princes,
in mortals, in whom there is no help.
⁴When their breath departs, they return to the earth;
on that very day their plans perish.

⁵Happy are those whose help is the God of Jacob,
    whose hope is in the Lord their God,
⁶who made heaven and earth,
    the sea, and all that is in them;
who keeps faith for ever;
⁷    who executes justice for the oppressed;
    who gives food to the hungry.

The Lord sets the prisoners free;
⁸    the Lord opens the eyes of the blind.
The Lord lifts up those who are bowed down;
    the Lord loves the righteous.
⁹The Lord watches over the strangers;
    he upholds the orphan and the widow,
    but the way of the wicked he brings to ruin.

¹⁰The Lord will reign for ever,
your God, O Zion, for all generations.
Praise the Lord!
