心靈枯竭仰望 神慈愛
大衛的詩。
143 耶和華啊！求你聽我的禱告，
留心聽我的懇求，
憑你的信實和公義應允我。（本節在《馬索拉文本》包括細字標題）
2 求你不要審判你的僕人，
因為凡活著的人，在你面前沒有一個是義的。
3 仇敵逼迫我，
把我壓倒在地，
使我住在黑暗之處，
像死了很久的人一樣。
4 因此我的靈在我裡面軟弱，
我的心在我裡面戰慄。
5 我追念以往的日子，
默想你的一切作為，
沉思你手所作的。
6 我向你伸出雙手，
我的心渴想你，好像乾旱的地盼望雨水一樣。（細拉）
7 耶和華啊！求你快快應允我，
我的心靈已經衰竭，
求你不要向我掩面，
免得我像那些下坑的人一樣。
8 求你使我清晨得聞你的慈愛，
因為我倚靠你。
求你指示我當走的路，
因為我的心仰望你。
9 耶和華啊！求你救我脫離我的仇敵，
我往你那裡藏身。
10 求你教我遵行你的旨意，
因為你是我的 神；
願你至善的靈引導我到平坦的地。
11 耶和華啊！求你為你名的緣故使我存活，
按著你的公義把我從患難中領出來。
12 求你因你的慈愛使我的仇敵滅絕，
求你消滅所有苦害我的人，
因為我是你的僕人。

143 Oh Jehová, oye mi oración, escucha mis ruegos;
Respóndeme por tu verdad, por tu justicia.
2 Y no entres en juicio con tu siervo;
Porque no se justificará delante de ti ningún ser humano.(A)
3 Porque ha perseguido el enemigo mi alma;
Ha postrado en tierra mi vida;
Me ha hecho habitar en tinieblas como los ya muertos.
4 Y mi espíritu se angustió dentro de mí;
Está desolado mi corazón.
5 Me acordé de los días antiguos;
Meditaba en todas tus obras;
Reflexionaba en las obras de tus manos.
6 Extendí mis manos a ti,
Mi alma a ti como la tierra sedienta. Selah
7 Respóndeme pronto, oh Jehová, porque desmaya mi espíritu;
No escondas de mí tu rostro,
No venga yo a ser semejante a los que descienden a la sepultura.
8 Hazme oír por la mañana tu misericordia,
Porque en ti he confiado;
Hazme saber el camino por donde ande,
Porque a ti he elevado mi alma.
9 Líbrame de mis enemigos, oh Jehová;
En ti me refugio.
10 Enséñame a hacer tu voluntad, porque tú eres mi Dios;
Tu buen espíritu me guíe a tierra de rectitud.
11 Por tu nombre, oh Jehová, me vivificarás;
Por tu justicia sacarás mi alma de angustia.
12 Y por tu misericordia disiparás a mis enemigos,
Y destruirás a todos los adversarios de mi alma,

1 Lord, hear my prayer,(A)
listen to my cry for mercy;(B)
in your faithfulness(C) and righteousness(D)
come to my relief.
2 Do not bring your servant into judgment,
for no one living is righteous(E) before you.
3 The enemy pursues me,
he crushes me to the ground;
he makes me dwell in the darkness(F)
like those long dead.(G)
4 So my spirit grows faint within me;
my heart within me is dismayed.(H)
5 I remember(I) the days of long ago;
I meditate(J) on all your works
and consider what your hands have done.
6 I spread out my hands(K) to you;
I thirst for you like a parched land.[a]
7 Answer me quickly,(L) Lord;
my spirit fails.(M)
Do not hide your face(N) from me
or I will be like those who go down to the pit.
8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,(O)
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way(P) I should go,
for to you I entrust my life.(Q)
9 Rescue me(R) from my enemies,(S) Lord,
for I hide myself in you.
10 Teach me(T) to do your will,

側耳聽我的懇求，憑你的信實和公義應允我。
2 求你不要審問僕人，
因為在你面前，凡活着的人沒有一個是義的。
3 因為仇敵迫害我，
將我打倒在地，
使我住在幽暗之處，
像死了許久的人一樣。
4 我的靈在我裏面發昏，
我的心在我裏面顫慄。
5 我追想古時之日，思想你的一切作為，
默念你手的工作。
6 我向你舉手，
我的心渴想你，如乾旱之地盼雨一樣。（細拉）
7 耶和華啊，求你速速應允我！
我的心神耗盡！
求你不要轉臉不顧我，
免得我像那些下入地府的人一樣。
8 求你使我清晨得聽你慈愛的聲音，
因我倚靠你；
求你使我知道當走的路，
因我的心仰望你。
9 耶和華啊，求你救我脫離我的仇敵！
我往你那裏藏身。
10 求你指教我遵行你的旨意，
