143 耶和华啊！求你听我的祷告，
留心听我的恳求，

2 求你不要审判你的仆人，
因为凡活着的人，在你面前没有一个是义的。
3 仇敌逼迫我，
把我压倒在地，
使我住在黑暗之处，
像死了很久的人一样。
4 因此我的灵在我里面软弱，
我的心在我里面战栗。
5 我追念以往的日子，
默想你的一切作为，
沉思你手所作的。
6 我向你伸出双手，
我的心渴想你，好象干旱的地盼望雨水一样。（细拉）
7 耶和华啊！求你快快应允我，
我的心灵已经衰竭，
求你不要向我掩面，
免得我像那些下坑的人一样。
8 求你使我清晨得闻你的慈爱，
因为我倚靠你。
求你指示我当走的路，
因为我的心仰望你。
9 耶和华啊！求你救我脱离我的仇敌，
我往你那里藏身。
10 求你教我遵行你的旨意，
因为你是我的 神；
愿你至善的灵引导我到平坦的地。

按着你的公义把我从患难中领出来。

2 求你不要审判你的仆人，
因为在你眼中没有一个义人。
3 敌人迫害我，打垮我，
使我生活在黑暗中，
像死去很久的人。
4 我心力交瘁，惊恐万分。
5 我想起遥远的过去，
我思想你的一切作为，
回想你所做的事。
6 我举手向你呼求，
我的心渴慕你如同干旱之地渴慕甘霖。（细拉）
7 耶和华啊，求你快快应允我！
我已绝望，求你不要掩面不顾我，
不然我必和下坟墓的人无异。
8 求你让我在清晨就听见你的慈言爱语，
因为我信靠你；
求你指示我当走的路，
因为我的心仰望你。
9 耶和华啊，求你救我脱离仇敌，
我要到你那里寻求庇护。
10 求你教导我遵行你的旨意，
因为你是我的上帝，

Panalangin sa Oras ng Kahirapan
143 Panginoon, dinggin nʼyo ang aking panalangin.
Dinggin nʼyo ang aking pagsusumamo.
Tulungan nʼyo ako dahil kayo ay matuwid at tapat.
2 Huwag nʼyong hatulan ang inyong lingkod,
dahil walang sinumang matuwid sa inyong harapan.
3 Tinugis ako ng aking mga kaaway.
Tinalo ako at inilagay sa madilim na bilangguan;
tulad ako ng isang taong matagal nang patay.
4 Kaya nawalan na ako ng pag-asa,
at punong-puno ng takot ang puso ko.
5 Naalala ko ang inyong mga ginawa noong una;
pinagbulay-bulayan ko ang lahat ng inyong ginawa.
6 Itinaas ko ang aking mga kamay sa inyo at nanalangin,
kinauuhawan ko kayo tulad ng tuyong lupa na uhaw sa tubig.
7 Panginoon, agad nʼyo akong sagutin.
Nawawalan na ako ng pag-asa.
Huwag nʼyo akong layuan, baka akoʼy mamatay.
8 Bawat umaga, ipaalala nʼyo sa akin ang inyong pag-ibig,
dahil sa inyo ako nagtitiwala.
Ipakita nʼyo sa akin ang tamang daan na dapat kong daanan,
dahil sa inyo ako nananalangin.
9 Panginoon, iligtas nʼyo ako sa aking mga kaaway,

143 Hear my prayer, O Lord,
Listen to my supplications!
Answer me in Your faithfulness, and in Your righteousness.

And do not enter into judgment with Your servant,
For in Your sight no man living is righteous or justified.(A)
3
For the enemy has persecuted me,
He has crushed my life down to the ground;
He has made me dwell in dark places, like those who have been long dead.
4
Therefore my spirit is overwhelmed and weak within me [wrapped in darkness];
My heart grows numb within me.
5
I remember the days of old;
I meditate on all that You have done;
I ponder the work of Your hands.
6
I reach out my hands to You;
My throat thirsts for You, as a parched land [thirsts for water]. Selah.
7
Answer me quickly, O Lord, my spirit fails;
Do not hide Your face from me,
Or I will become like those who go down into the pit (grave).
8
Let me hear Your lovingkindness in the morning,
For I trust in You.
Teach me the way in which I should walk,
For I lift up my soul to You.
9
Rescue me, O Lord, from my enemies;
I take refuge in You.
10
Teach me to do Your will [so that I may please You],
For You are my God;
Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.
11
Save my life, O Lord, for Your name’s sake;
In Your righteousness bring my life out of trouble.

In your lovingkindness, silence and destroy my enemies
And destroy all those who afflict my life,
For I am Your servant.
