心靈枯竭仰望 神慈愛
大衛的詩。
143 耶和華啊！求你聽我的禱告，
留心聽我的懇求，

2 求你不要審判你的僕人，
因為凡活著的人，在你面前沒有一個是義的。
3 仇敵逼迫我，
把我壓倒在地，
使我住在黑暗之處，
像死了很久的人一樣。
4 因此我的靈在我裡面軟弱，
我的心在我裡面戰慄。
5 我追念以往的日子，
默想你的一切作為，
沉思你手所作的。
6 我向你伸出雙手，
我的心渴想你，好像乾旱的地盼望雨水一樣。（細拉）
7 耶和華啊！求你快快應允我，
我的心靈已經衰竭，
求你不要向我掩面，
免得我像那些下坑的人一樣。
8 求你使我清晨得聞你的慈愛，
因為我倚靠你。
求你指示我當走的路，

9 耶和華啊！求你救我脫離我的仇敵，
我往你那裡藏身。
10 求你教我遵行你的旨意，
因為你是我的 神；
願你至善的靈引導我到平坦的地。
11 耶和華啊！求你為你名的緣故使我存活，
按著你的公義把我從患難中領出來。
12 求你因你的慈愛使我的仇敵滅絕，
求你消滅所有苦害我的人，
因為我是你的僕人。

Herr, höre mein Gebet!
Achte auf mein Flehen und hilf mir,
du bist doch treu und gerecht!
2 Bring mich nicht vor dein Gericht,
denn vor dir ist kein Mensch unschuldig.
3 Der Feind verfolgt mich
und wirft mich zu Boden.
In völliger Dunkelheit lässt er mich zurück,
als wäre ich schon lange tot.
4 Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter
und bin vor Angst wie gelähmt.
5 Ich denke zurück an früher, an das, was du damals getan hast,
und halte mir deine großen Taten vor Augen.
6 Zu dir strecke ich meine Hände empor im Gebet.
Wie ausgedörrtes Land nach Regen lechzt,
so warte ich sehnsüchtig auf dein Eingreifen.
7 Herr, erhöre mich doch jetzt –
ich bin völlig am Ende!
Verbirg dich nicht vor mir,
sonst habe ich nicht mehr lange zu leben!
8 Lass mich schon früh am Morgen erfahren,
dass du es gut mit mir meinst,
denn ich vertraue dir.
Zeige mir, wohin ich gehen soll,
denn nach dir sehne ich mich.
9 Rette mich, Herr, vor meinen Feinden –
nur bei dir bin ich geborgen.
10 Lehre mich, so zu leben, wie du es willst,
denn du bist mein Gott!
Führe mich durch deinen guten Geist,
dann kann ich ungehindert meinen Weg gehen!
11 Herr, ich weiß, du bist gerecht, darum hilf mir aus meiner Not!
Es wird deinem Namen Ehre machen, wenn du mich am Leben erhältst.
12 Lass meine Feinde umkommen
und vernichte alle, die mich verfolgen!
Denn du bist ein gnädiger Gott, und ich diene dir.

143 Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
2 And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.
3 For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
4 Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
6 I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
7 Hear me speedily, O Lord: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.
8 Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
9 Deliver me, O Lord, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
10 Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
11 Quicken me, O Lord, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.
12 And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
