求上帝拯救
大卫的诗。
143 耶和华啊，求你垂听我的祷告，
倾听我的呼求，
求你凭你的信实和公义应允我的祈求。
2 求你不要审判你的仆人，
因为在你眼中没有一个义人。
3 敌人迫害我，打垮我，
使我生活在黑暗中，
像死去很久的人。
4 我心力交瘁，惊恐万分。
5 我想起遥远的过去，
我思想你的一切作为，
回想你所做的事。
6 我举手向你呼求，
我的心渴慕你如同干旱之地渴慕甘霖。（细拉）
7 耶和华啊，求你快快应允我！
我已绝望，求你不要掩面不顾我，
不然我必和下坟墓的人无异。
8 求你让我在清晨就听见你的慈言爱语，
因为我信靠你；
求你指示我当走的路，
因为我的心仰望你。
9 耶和华啊，求你救我脱离仇敌，
我要到你那里寻求庇护。
10 求你教导我遵行你的旨意，
因为你是我的上帝，
愿你良善的灵引导我走平坦的路。
11 耶和华啊，
求你为自己名的缘故拯救我，
凭你的公义救我脱离患难。
12 求你铲除我的仇敌，
因为你爱我。
求你消灭一切迫害我的人，
因为我是你的仆人。

1 Lord, hear my prayer,(A)
listen to my cry for mercy;(B)
in your faithfulness(C) and righteousness(D)
come to my relief.
2 Do not bring your servant into judgment,
for no one living is righteous(E) before you.
3 The enemy pursues me,
he crushes me to the ground;
he makes me dwell in the darkness(F)
like those long dead.(G)
4 So my spirit grows faint within me;
my heart within me is dismayed.(H)
5 I remember(I) the days of long ago;
I meditate(J) on all your works
and consider what your hands have done.
6 I spread out my hands(K) to you;
I thirst for you like a parched land.[a]
7 Answer me quickly,(L) Lord;
my spirit fails.(M)
Do not hide your face(N) from me
or I will be like those who go down to the pit.
8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,(O)
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way(P) I should go,
for to you I entrust my life.(Q)
9 Rescue me(R) from my enemies,(S) Lord,
for I hide myself in you.
10 Teach me(T) to do your will,
for you are my God;(U)
may your good Spirit
lead(V) me on level ground.(W)

Un psalm al lui David
1 Doamne, ascultă-mi rugăciunea, pleacă-Ţi urechea la cererile mele!
Ascultă-mă în(A) credincioşia şi dreptatea Ta!
2 Nu(B) intra la judecată cu robul Tău!
Căci niciun om viu nu este fără prihană înaintea(C) Ta.
3 Vrăjmaşul îmi urmăreşte sufletul,
îmi calcă viaţa în picioare la pământ:
mă face să locuiesc în întuneric, ca cei ce au murit de multă vreme.
4 Îmi(D) este mâhnit duhul în mine,
îmi este tulburată inima înăuntrul meu.
5 Mi-aduc(E) aminte de zilele de odinioară,
mă gândesc la toate lucrările Tale,
cuget la lucrarea mâinilor Tale.
6 Îmi întind(F) mâinile spre Tine;
îmi suspină sufletul(G) după Tine, ca un pământ uscat.
7 Grăbeşte de m-ascultă, Doamne!
Mi se topeşte duhul:
nu-mi ascunde Faţa Ta!
Căci(H) aş ajunge atunci ca cei ce se pogoară în groapă!
8 Fă-mă să aud dis-de-dimineaţă(I) bunătatea Ta,
căci mă încred în Tine.
Arată-mi(J) calea pe care trebuie să umblu,
căci la Tine îmi înalţ(K) sufletul.
9 Scapă-mă de vrăjmaşii mei, Doamne,
căci la Tine caut adăpost.
10 Învaţă-mă(L) să fac voia Ta, căci Tu eşti Dumnezeul meu.
Duhul(M) Tău cel bun să mă călăuzească pe calea(N) cea dreaptă!
11 Pentru Numele Tău, Doamne, înviorează-mă(O);
în dreptatea Ta, scoate-mi sufletul din necaz!
12 În bunătatea Ta, nimiceşte(P) pe vrăjmaşii mei
şi pierde pe toţi potrivnicii sufletului meu,
căci eu(Q) sunt robul Tău.
