在困苦中呼求　神拯救

大衛的訓誨詩，是在山洞時作的，是一篇禱告。

142 我大聲向耶和華呼求，

高聲向耶和華懇求。

²我在他面前傾吐我的苦情，

在他面前陳述我的患難。

³我的靈在我裡面軟弱的時候，

你知道我的道路。

在我所行的路上，

敵人暗設網羅陷害我。

⁴求你向我右邊觀看，

沒有人關心我；

我沒有逃難的地方，

也沒有人照顧我。

⁵耶和華啊！

我向你呼求；

我說：“你是我的避難所，

是我在活人之地的業分。

⁶求你留心聽我的呼求，

因為我落到極卑微的地步；

求你救我脫離逼迫我的人，

因為他們比我強大。

⁷求你把我從牢獄中領出來，

好讓我稱讚你的名；

義人必環繞著我，

因為你以厚恩待我。”

A Call to God for Help

142 My voice cries out to the Lord;
    my voice pleads for mercy to the Lord.
²I pour out my complaint to him,
    telling him all of my troubles.
³Though my spirit grows faint within me,
    you are aware of my path.
Wherever I go,
    they have hidden a trap for me.

⁴I look to my right^[b] and observe—
no one is concerned about me.
There is nowhere I can go for refuge,
and no one cares for me.

⁵So I cry to you, Lord,
    declaring, “You are my refuge,
        my only^[c] possession while I am on this earth.”^[d]
⁶Pay attention to my cry,
    for I have been brought very low.
Deliver me from my tormentors,
    for they are far too strong for me.
⁷Break me out of this prison,
    so I can give thanks to your name.
The righteous will surround me,
    for you will deal generously with me.
