在困苦中呼求 神拯救
大衛的訓誨詩，是在山洞時作的，是一篇禱告。
142 我大聲向耶和華呼求，
高聲向耶和華懇求。
2 我在他面前傾吐我的苦情，
在他面前陳述我的患難。
3 我的靈在我裡面軟弱的時候，
你知道我的道路。
在我所行的路上，
敵人暗設網羅陷害我。
4 求你向我右邊觀看，
沒有人關心我；
我沒有逃難的地方，
也沒有人照顧我。
5 耶和華啊！
我向你呼求；
我說：“你是我的避難所，
是我在活人之地的業分。
6 求你留心聽我的呼求，
因為我落到極卑微的地步；
求你救我脫離逼迫我的人，
因為他們比我強大。
7 求你把我從牢獄中領出來，
好讓我稱讚你的名；
義人必環繞著我，
因為你以厚恩待我。”

142 Con mi voz clamaré a Jehová;
Con mi voz pediré a Jehová misericordia.
2 Delante de él expondré mi queja;
Delante de él manifestaré mi angustia.
3 Cuando mi espíritu se angustiaba dentro de mí, tú conociste mi senda.
En el camino en que andaba, me escondieron lazo.
4 Mira a mi diestra y observa, pues no hay quien me quiera conocer;
No tengo refugio, ni hay quien cuide de mi vida.
5 Clamé a ti, oh Jehová;
Dije: Tú eres mi esperanza,
Y mi porción en la tierra de los vivientes.
6 Escucha mi clamor, porque estoy muy afligido.
Líbrame de los que me persiguen, porque son más fuertes que yo.
7 Saca mi alma de la cárcel, para que alabe tu nombre;
Me rodearán los justos,
Porque tú me serás propicio.

142 我出聲哀告耶和華，
出聲懇求耶和華。
2 我在他面前傾訴我的苦情，
在他面前陳說我的患難。
3 我的靈在我裏面發昏的時候，
你知道我的道路。
在我所行的路上，
人為我暗設羅網。
4 求你留意向我右邊觀看，
無人認識我；
我無避難之處，
也無人眷顧我。
5 耶和華啊，我曾向你哀求。
我說：「你是我的避難所，
在活人之地，你是我的福分。」
6 求你留心聽我的呼求，
因我落到極卑微之地；
求你救我脫離迫害我的人，
因為他們比我強盛。
7 求你從被囚之地領我出來，
我好頌揚你的名。
義人必環繞我，
因為你用厚恩待我。
