晚 祷
141 耶和华啊，我曾求告你，
求你快快临到我这里！
我求告你的时候，
求你侧耳听我的声音！
2 愿我的祷告如香呈到你面前！
愿我的手举起[a]，如献晚祭！
3 耶和华啊，求你看守我的口，
把守我的嘴唇！
4 不要使我的心偏向邪恶的事，
以致我和作恶的人一同行恶；
也不叫我吃他们的美食。
5 任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈；
任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油；
我的头不躲闪。
人正行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。
6 他们的审判官被扔在岩下，
他们就要听我的话，因为这话甘甜。
7 我们的[b]骨头散落在阴间的口，
就像人耕田刨地[c]一样。
8 主—耶和华啊，我的眼目仰望你；
我投靠你，求你不要使我的性命陷入危险！
9 求你保护我脱离恶人为我设的罗网
和作恶之人的圈套！
10 愿恶人落在自己的网中，
我却得以逃脱。

大卫的诗。
141 耶和华啊，
我向你呼求，求你快来帮助我；
我向你呼求的时候，求你垂听。
2 愿我的祷告如香升到你面前，
愿我举手所献的祷告如同晚祭。
3 耶和华啊，
求你守住我的口，
看住我的嘴。
4 耶和华啊，求你不要让我的心偏向邪恶，
免得我与恶人同流合污；
也不要让我吃他们的美食。
5 我情愿受义人出于爱心的责打，
他们的责打是良药，
我不会逃避。
我要不断地用祷告抵挡恶人的行径。
6 他们的首领被抛下悬崖的时候，
他们就会知道我所言不虚。
7 那些恶人的骨头散落在墓旁，
好像耕田翻起的土块。
8 主耶和华啊，
我仰望你，我投靠你，
求你不要让我遭害。
9 求你不要使我落入恶人设下的网罗，
不要掉进他们的陷阱。
10 愿他们作茧自缚，
而我可以安然逃脱。

A Prayer Not to Sin
A song of David.
141 Lord, I call to you. Come quickly.
Listen to me when I call to you.
2 Let my prayer be like incense placed before you.
Let my praise be like the evening sacrifice.
3 Lord, help me control my tongue.
Help me be careful about what I say.
4 Don’t let me want to do evil
or join others in doing wrong.
Don’t let me eat
with those who do evil.
5 If a good man punished me, that would be kind.
If he corrected me,
that would be like having perfumed oil on my head.
I shouldn’t refuse it.
But I pray against those who do evil.
6 Let their leaders be thrown down the cliffs.
Then people will know that I have spoken the truth:
7 “The ground is plowed and broken up.
In the same way, our bones have been scattered at the grave.”
8 Lord God, I look to you for help.
I trust in you. Don’t let me die.
9 Protect me from the traps they set for me
and from the net evil people have spread.
10 Let the wicked fall into their own pits.
And let me pass by safely.
