祈主佑助禁行诸恶
141 大卫的诗。
1 耶和华啊，我曾求告你，求你快快临到我这里！我求告你的时候，愿你留心听我的声音。
2 愿我的祷告如香陈列在你面前，愿我举手祈求，如献晚祭。
3 耶和华啊，求你禁止我的口，把守我的嘴。
4 求你不叫我的心偏向邪恶，以致我和作孽的人同行恶事，也不叫我吃他们的美食。
5 任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈，任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油，我的头不要躲闪。正在他们行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。
6 他们的审判官被扔在岩下，众人要听我的话，因为这话甘甜。
7 我们的骨头散在墓旁，好像人耕田刨地的土块。
8 主耶和华啊，我的眼目仰望你。我投靠你，求你不要将我撇得孤苦。
9 求你保护我脱离恶人为我设的网罗，和作孽之人的圈套。
10 愿恶人落在自己的网里，我却得以逃脱。

Psalm 141
A psalm of David.
1 O Lord, I am calling to you. Please hurry!
Listen when I cry to you for help!
2 Accept my prayer as incense offered to you,
and my upraised hands as an evening offering.
3 Take control of what I say, O Lord,
and guard my lips.
4 Don’t let me drift toward evil
or take part in acts of wickedness.
Don’t let me share in the delicacies
of those who do wrong.
5 Let the godly strike me!
It will be a kindness!
If they correct me, it is soothing medicine.
Don’t let me refuse it.
But I pray constantly
against the wicked and their deeds.
6 When their leaders are thrown down from a cliff,
the wicked will listen to my words and find them true.
7 Like rocks brought up by a plow,
the bones of the wicked will lie scattered without burial.[a]
8 I look to you for help, O Sovereign Lord.
You are my refuge; don’t let them kill me.
9 Keep me from the traps they have set for me,
from the snares of those who do wrong.
10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets,
but let me escape.

以致我和作恶的人一同行恶；
也不叫我吃他们的美食。
5 任凭义人击打我，这算为仁慈；
任凭他责备我，这算为头上的膏油；
我的头不躲闪。
人正行恶的时候，我仍要祈祷。
6 他们的审判官被扔在岩下，
他们就要听我的话，因为这话甘甜。

8 主—耶和华啊，我的眼目仰望你；
我投靠你，求你不要使我的性命陷入危险！
