祈求 神保护脱离恶人阴谋
大卫的诗，交给诗班长。
140 耶和华啊！求你拯救我脱离恶人，
求你保护我脱离强暴的人。
2 他们心中图谋恶事，
整天挑启争端。
3 他们使自己的舌头尖利，如同蛇的舌头；
他们嘴里有虺蛇的毒。（细拉）
4 耶和华啊！求你保护我脱离恶人的手，
保护我脱离强暴的人，
因为他们图谋推倒我。
5 骄傲的人暗中布下陷阱害我，
他们在路旁张开绳索作网，
设下圈套陷害我。（细拉）
6 我曾对耶和华说：“你是我的 神；
耶和华啊！求你留心听我恳求的声音！”
7 主耶和华，拯救我的力量啊，
在争战的日子，你保护了我的头。
8 耶和华啊！求你不要容恶人的心愿得偿，
不要使他们的计谋成功，
免得他们自高自大。（细拉）
9 至于那些围困我的人，
愿他们的头被自己嘴唇的奸恶遮盖。
10 愿炭火落在他们身上；
愿他们掉在深坑里，
不能再起来。
11 愿搬弄是非的人在地上站立不住；
愿灾祸连连猎取强暴的人。
12 我知道耶和华必为困苦人伸冤，
必替穷乏人辨屈。
13 义人必称赞你的名，
正直的人必住在你面前。

140 Señor, líbrame de los malvados;
¡protégeme de los violentos!
2 Esa gente siempre está tramando el mal,
y no hay un día en que no busque pleito.
3 Su lengua es aguda como de serpiente;
sus labios destilan veneno mortal.(A)
4 Señor, ¡protégeme de la gente malvada!
¡Líbrame de la gente violenta,
que quiere hacerme caer!
5 Son gente soberbia, que me tiende trampas;
gente que a mi paso pone redes
con la intención de hacerme tropezar.
6 Yo, Señor, declaro que tú eres mi Dios;
¡dígnate, Señor, prestar oído a mi súplica!
7 Tú, Señor mi Dios, eres mi poderoso salvador;
¡tú me proteges en el día de la batalla!
8 ¡No permitas, Señor, que triunfen los malvados!
¡Frustra sus planes! ¡Que no se sientan superiores!
9 En cuanto a los malvados que me rodean,
¡que su propia maldad los destruya!
10 ¡Que caigan sobre ellos carbones encendidos!
¡Que sean arrojados al fuego!
¡Que caigan en un foso profundo y no vuelvan a salir!
11 ¡Que esos mentirosos no afiancen su poder!
¡Que el mal alcance y derribe a los violentos!
12 Yo sé que tú, Señor, defiendes a los pobres
y les haces justicia a los afligidos.
13 Por eso los hombres justos y rectos
alaban tu nombre y vivirán en tu presencia.

1 Rescue me,(A) Lord, from evildoers;
protect me from the violent,(B)
2 who devise evil plans(C) in their hearts
and stir up war(D) every day.
3 They make their tongues as sharp as(E) a serpent’s;
the poison of vipers(F) is on their lips.[b]
4 Keep me safe,(G) Lord, from the hands of the wicked;(H)
protect me from the violent,
who devise ways to trip my feet.
5 The arrogant have hidden a snare(I) for me;
they have spread out the cords of their net(J)
and have set traps(K) for me along my path.
6 I say to the Lord, “You are my God.”(L)
Hear, Lord, my cry for mercy.(M)
7 Sovereign Lord,(N) my strong deliverer,
you shield my head in the day of battle.
8 Do not grant the wicked(O) their desires, Lord;
do not let their plans succeed.
