祈求 神保護脫離惡人陰謀
大衛的詩，交給詩班長。
140 耶和華啊！求你拯救我脫離惡人，
求你保護我脫離強暴的人。
2 他們心中圖謀惡事，
整天挑啟爭端。
3 他們使自己的舌頭尖利，如同蛇的舌頭；
他們嘴裡有虺蛇的毒。（細拉）
4 耶和華啊！求你保護我脫離惡人的手，
保護我脫離強暴的人，
因為他們圖謀推倒我。
5 驕傲的人暗中布下陷阱害我，
他們在路旁張開繩索作網，
設下圈套陷害我。（細拉）
6 我曾對耶和華說：“你是我的 神；
耶和華啊！求你留心聽我懇求的聲音！”
7 主耶和華，拯救我的力量啊，
在爭戰的日子，你保護了我的頭。
8 耶和華啊！求你不要容惡人的心願得償，
不要使他們的計謀成功，
免得他們自高自大。（細拉）
9 至於那些圍困我的人，
願他們的頭被自己嘴唇的奸惡遮蓋。
10 願炭火落在他們身上；
願他們掉在深坑裡，
不能再起來。
11 願搬弄是非的人在地上站立不住；
願災禍連連獵取強暴的人。
12 我知道耶和華必為困苦人伸冤，
必替窮乏人辨屈。
13 義人必稱讚你的名，
正直的人必住在你面前。

140 Líbrame (A), oh Señor, de los hombres malignos;
guárdame de los hombres violentos(B),
2 que traman maldades en su corazón(C);
que cada día provocan guerras(D).
3 Aguzan su lengua como serpiente(E);
veneno de víbora hay bajo sus labios(F). (Selah[a])
4 Guárdame, Señor, de las manos del impío;
protégeme de los hombres violentos(G),
que se han propuesto[b] hacerme tropezar[c](H).
5 Los soberbios han ocultado[d] trampa y cuerdas para mí(I);
han tendido red al borde del sendero(J);
me han puesto lazos(K). (Selah)
6 Dije al Señor: Tú eres mi Dios(L);
escucha(M), oh Señor, la voz de mis súplicas(N).
7 Oh Dios[e], Señor, poder de mi salvación(O),
tú cubriste mi cabeza en el día de la batalla[f](P).
8 No concedas, Señor, los deseos del impío(Q);
no hagas prosperar sus malos designios(R), para que no se exalten. (Selah)

que la malicia de sus labios los cubra(S).

11 Que el hombre de mala lengua no permanezca en la tierra;
que al hombre violento lo persiga el mal implacablemente[j](W).
12 Yo sé que el Señor sostendrá la causa del afligido(X),
y el derecho de los pobres(Y).
13 Ciertamente los justos darán gracias a tu nombre(Z),
y los rectos morarán en tu presencia(AA).

For the director of music. A psalm of David.
1 Rescue me,(A) Lord, from evildoers;
protect me from the violent,(B)
2 who devise evil plans(C) in their hearts
and stir up war(D) every day.
3 They make their tongues as sharp as(E) a serpent’s;
the poison of vipers(F) is on their lips.[b]
4 Keep me safe,(G) Lord, from the hands of the wicked;(H)
protect me from the violent,
who devise ways to trip my feet.
5 The arrogant have hidden a snare(I) for me;
they have spread out the cords of their net(J)
and have set traps(K) for me along my path.
6 I say to the Lord, “You are my God.”(L)
Hear, Lord, my cry for mercy.(M)
7 Sovereign Lord,(N) my strong deliverer,
you shield my head in the day of battle.
8 Do not grant the wicked(O) their desires, Lord;
do not let their plans succeed.
