¹耶和华啊，我的心不狂傲，我的眼不高大，重大和测不透的事，我也不敢行。
²我的心平稳安静，好像断过奶的孩子在他母亲的怀中，我的心在我里面真像断过奶的孩子。
³以色列啊，你当仰望耶和华，从今时直到永远。

131 耶和華啊，
我的心不狂傲，
我的眼目也不高傲；
我不敢涉獵太偉大、太奇妙的事。
²我的心靈平靜安穩，
如同母親身邊斷奶的孩子，
我的心靈如同斷奶的孩子。
³以色列啊，
你要仰望耶和華，
從現在直到永遠。

²Surely I have ^(E)soothed and quieted my soul,
Like a weaned ^(F)child with his mother,
Like a weaned child is my soul ^[b]within me.
