13 耶和华啊，你忘记我要到何时呢？要到永远吗？
你转脸不顾我要到何时呢？
²我思绪烦乱，日夜忧伤要到何时呢？
我的仇敌占尽上风要到何时呢？
³我的上帝耶和华啊，
求你垂顾我，回答我，
使我眼睛明亮，
免得我在沉睡中死去，
⁴免得我的仇敌说：“我们战胜了他！”
免得他们因我败落而欢喜。
⁵我深信你的慈爱，
我的心要因你的拯救而欢欣。
⁶耶和华一直恩待我，
我要向祂歌唱。

13 How long, O Yahweh? Will You ^(A)forget me forever?
How long ^(B)will You hide Your face from me?
²How long shall I ^(C)take counsel in my soul,
Having ^(D)sorrow in my heart all the day?
How long will my enemy be exalted over me?

³^(E)Look and answer me, O Yahweh my God;
^(F)Give light to my eyes, lest I ^(G)sleep the sleep of death,
⁴Lest my enemy ^(H)says, “I have overcome him,”
And ^(I)my adversaries rejoice that I am shaken.

⁵But I have ^(J)trusted in Your lovingkindness;
My heart shall ^(K)rejoice in Your salvation.
⁶I will ^(L)sing to Yahweh,
Because He has ^(M)dealt bountifully with me.

    Will you forget me forever?
    How long will you hide your face from me?
²How long shall I take counsel in my soul,
    having sorrow in my heart every day?
    How long shall my enemy triumph over me?
³Behold, and answer me, Yahweh, my God.
    Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;
⁴    lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed against him;”
    lest my adversaries rejoice when I fall.

⁵But I trust in your loving kindness.
My heart rejoices in your salvation.
⁶I will sing to Yahweh,
because he has been good to me.

    How long will You hide Your face from me?
³How long must I have cares in my soul
    and daily sorrow in my heart?
How long will my enemy triumph over me?
⁴Look at me and answer, Adonai my God.
Light up my eyes, or I will sleep in death.
⁵Or else my enemy will say: “I have overcome him!”
    and my foes will rejoice because I am shaken.

⁶But I trust in Your lovingkindness,
my heart rejoices in Your salvation.
I will sing to Adonai,
because He has been good to me.
