13 耶和華啊！你忘記我要到幾時呢？

要到永遠嗎？

你掩面不顧我，要到幾時呢？

²我心裡籌算不安，內心終日愁苦，要到幾時呢？

我的仇敵勝過我，要到幾時呢？

³耶和華我的　神啊！求你看顧我，應允我；

求你使我的眼睛明亮，免得我沉睡至死；

⁴免得我的仇敵說：“我勝過了他”；

免得我跌倒的時候我的敵人就歡呼。

⁵至於我，我倚靠你的慈愛，

我的心必因你的救恩歡呼。

⁶我要歌頌耶和華，因他以厚恩待我。（本章第5~6節在《馬索拉文本》為13:6）

你轉臉不顧我要到何時呢？
²我思緒煩亂，日夜憂傷要到何時呢？
我的仇敵佔盡上風要到何時呢？
³我的上帝耶和華啊，
求你垂顧我，回答我，
使我眼睛明亮，
免得我在沉睡中死去，
⁴免得我的仇敵說：「我們戰勝了他！」
免得他們因我敗落而歡喜。
⁵我深信你的慈愛，
我的心要因你的拯救而歡欣。
⁶耶和華一直恩待我，
我要向祂歌唱。

13 How long, Lord? Will You ^(A)forget me forever?
How long ^(B)will You hide Your face from me?
²How long am I to ^(C)feel anxious in my soul,
With ^(D)grief in my heart all the day?
How long will my enemy be exalted over me?

³^(E)Consider and answer me, O Lord my God;
^(F)Enlighten my eyes, or I will ^(G)sleep the sleep of death,
⁴And my enemy will ^(H)say, “I have overcome him,”
And ^(I)my adversaries will rejoice when I am shaken.

⁵But I have ^(J)trusted in Your faithfulness;
My heart shall ^(K)rejoice in Your salvation.
⁶I will ^(L)sing to the Lord,
Because He has ^(M)looked after me.
