128 Waxaa barakaysan mid kasta oo Rabbiga ka cabsada,
Oo jidadkiisa ku socda.
2 Waayo, waad cuni doontaa waxa gacmahaagu ku hawshoodeen,
Waadna farxi doontaa, oo waad barwaaqoobi doontaa.
3 Naagtaadu waxay gurigaaga ku dhex ahaan doontaa sida geed canab ah oo midho badan dhala.
Carruurtaaduna waxay noqon doonaan sida geedo saytuun ah oo miiskaaga ku wareegsan.

128 How happy is everyone who fears the Lord,
who walks in his ways!(A)
2 You will surely eat
what your hands have worked for.(B)
You will be happy,
and it will go well for you.(C)
3 Your wife will be like a fruitful vine
within your house,
your children, like young olive trees
round your table.(D)
4 In this very way
the man who fears the Lord
will be blessed.(E)
5 May the Lord bless you from Zion,
so that you will see the prosperity of Jerusalem
all the days of your life(F)
6 and will see your children’s children!
