诗篇 121

上行之诗。

耶和华是我们的保护者

121 我要向山举目，
我的帮助从何而来？
²我的帮助
从造天地的耶和华而来。

³他不叫你的脚摇动，
保护你的必不打盹！
⁴保护以色列的
必不打盹，也不睡觉。

⁵保护你的是耶和华，
耶和华在你右边荫庇你。
⁶白日，太阳必不伤你；
夜间，月亮也不害你。

⁷耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害，
他要保护你的性命。
⁸你出你入，耶和华要保护你，
从今时直到永远。

The Lord the Keeper of Israel.

A Song of ^[a]Ascents.

121 I will lift up my eyes to the hills [of Jerusalem]—
From where shall my help come?^(A)

My help comes from the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth.
³
He will not allow your foot to slip;
He who keeps you will not slumber.^(B)

Behold, He who keeps Israel
Will neither slumber [briefly] nor sleep [soundly].

The Lord is your keeper;
The Lord is your shade on your right hand.^(C)
⁶
The sun will not strike you by day,
Nor the moon by night.^(D)
⁷
The Lord will protect you from all evil;
He will keep your life.
⁸
The Lord will guard your going out and your coming in [everything that you do]
From this time forth and forever.^(E)
