上帝是我的保护者

上圣殿朝圣之诗。

121 我举目观看群山，
我的帮助从哪里来？
²我的帮助来自创造天地的耶和华。
³祂必不让你滑倒，
保护你的不会打盹。
⁴保护以色列的不打盹也不睡觉。
⁵耶和华保护你，
在你身边荫庇你。
⁶白天太阳不会伤你，
夜间月亮不会害你。
⁷耶和华必使你免受灾害，
保护你的性命。
⁸不论你出或入，
耶和华都会保护你，从现在直到永远。

121 I look up to the hills.
But where does my help come from?
²My help comes from the Lord.
He made heaven and earth.

³He will not let you be defeated.
    He who guards you never sleeps.
⁴He who guards Israel
    never rests or sleeps.
⁵The Lord guards you.
    The Lord protects you as the shade protects you from the sun.
⁶The sun cannot hurt you during the day.
    And the moon cannot hurt you at night.
⁷The Lord will guard you from all dangers.
    He will guard your life.
⁸The Lord will guard you as you come and go,
    both now and forever.
