121 我举目观看群山，
我的帮助从哪里来？
²我的帮助来自创造天地的耶和华。
³祂必不让你滑倒，
保护你的不会打盹。
⁴保护以色列的不打盹也不睡觉。
⁵耶和华保护你，
在你身边荫庇你。
⁶白天太阳不会伤你，
夜间月亮不会害你。
⁷耶和华必使你免受灾害，
保护你的性命。
⁸不论你出或入，
耶和华都会保护你，从现在直到永远。

121 I look up toward the mountains.
Where can I find help?
²My help comes from the Lord,
the maker of heaven and earth.
³He will not let you fall.
Your guardian will not fall asleep.
⁴Indeed, the Guardian of Israel never rests or sleeps.
⁵The Lord is your guardian.
The Lord is the shade over your right hand.
⁶The sun will not beat down on you during the day,
nor will the moon at night.
⁷The Lord guards you from every evil.
He guards your life.
⁸The Lord guards you as you come and go,
now and forever.
