用谄媚的嘴唇说话，口是心非。

3 愿耶和华剪除一切说谄媚话的嘴唇，

和说夸大话的舌头。

4 他们曾说：“我们必能以舌头取胜；

我们的嘴唇是自己的，谁能作我们的主呢？”

    they flatter with their lips
    but harbor deception in their hearts.(B)

3 May the Lord silence all flattering lips(C)
    and every boastful tongue—(D)

    “By our tongues we will prevail;(E)
    our own lips will defend us—who is lord over us?”
