神是我们唯一的倚靠
115 耶和华啊！不要把荣耀归给我们，不要归给我们；
要因你的慈爱和信实把荣耀归在你的名下。
2 为甚么容列国的人说：
“他们的 神在哪里呢？”
3 我们的 神在天上；
他喜欢甚么，就作甚么。
4 列国的偶像是金的、银的，
是人手所做的。
5 它们有口，却不能说话；
有眼，却不能看；
6 有耳，却不能听；
有鼻，却不能闻；
7 有手，却不能摸；
有脚，却不能行；
也不能用喉咙发声。
8 做偶像的必和偶像一样；
凡是倚靠它们的，都必这样。
9 以色列啊！你们要倚靠耶和华；
他是你们（“你们”原文作“他们”）的帮助、你们（“你们”原文作“他们”）的盾牌。
10 亚伦家啊！你们要倚靠耶和华；

12 耶和华顾念我们，
必赐福给我们；
他必赐福给以色列家，
赐福给亚伦家。
13 敬畏耶和华的，无论大小尊卑，
他都必赐福。
14 愿耶和华使你们增多，
使你们和你们的子孙增多。
15 愿你们蒙创造天地的耶和华赐福。
16 天属于耶和华，
地，他却赐给了世人。
17 死人不能赞美耶和华，

115 Non pas à nous, ╵ô Eternel, ╵non pas à nous,
mais à toi seul la gloire,
pour ton amour ╵et ta fidélité !
2 Pourquoi les autres peuples diraient-ils :
« Où est leur Dieu ? »
3 Notre Dieu est au ciel,
il fait tout ce qu’il veut.
4 Mais leurs idoles sont d’argent et d’or,
fabriquées par des hommes.
5 Elles ont une bouche ╵mais ne peuvent parler !
Elles ont bien des yeux, ╵mais elles ne voient pas.
6 Elles ont des oreilles, ╵mais qui n’entendent rien ;
elles ont des narines ╵mais qui ne sentent rien.
7 Elles ont bien des mains, ╵mais ne peuvent toucher ;
elles ont bien des pieds, ╵mais ne peuvent marcher.
De leur gorge, jamais ╵aucun son ne s’échappe.
8 Ils leur ressemblent, ╵tous ceux qui les fabriquent,
tous ceux qui mettent leur confiance en elles[a].
9 Gens d’Israël, ╵mettez votre confiance ╵en l’Eternel !
Il est votre secours ╵et votre bouclier.
10 Descendants d’Aaron[b], ╵mettez votre confiance ╵en l’Eternel !

11 Et vous qui craignez l’Eternel, ╵mettez votre confiance ╵en l’Eternel !

12 L’Eternel s’occupe de nous : ╵il bénira ;

Il bénira ╵la descendance d’Aaron.
13 Il bénira ╵tous ceux qui craignent l’Eternel,
du plus petit ╵jusqu’au plus grand.
14 Que l’Eternel ╵vous multiplie,
et vous et vos enfants !
15 Soyez bénis par l’Eternel
qui a fait le ciel et la terre !
16 Le ciel ? Il appartient à l’Eternel ;
quant à la terre, ╵il l’a donnée aux hommes.
17 Les morts ne louent pas l’Eternel,
ni aucun de ceux qui descendent ╵au pays du silence.
18 Quant à nous, nous bénirons l’Eternel,
dès maintenant ╵et à jamais.

115 Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake.
2 Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
3 But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
5 They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
6 They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
7 They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
8 They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.
9 O Israel, trust thou in the Lord: he is their help and their shield.
10 O house of Aaron, trust in the Lord: he is their help and their shield.
11 Ye that fear the Lord, trust in the Lord: he is their help and their shield.
12 The Lord hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron.
13 He will bless them that fear the Lord, both small and great.
14 The Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children.
15 Ye are blessed of the Lord which made heaven and earth.
16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord's: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
17 The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence.
18 But we will bless the Lord from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the Lord.
