他使人记念他所行的奇事;

他赐粮食给敬畏他的人;

他手所作的都是诚实和公正;

他向自己的子民施行救赎;

他命定自己的约,直到永远;

10 敬畏耶和华是智慧的开端;

Praise for God’s Amazing Deeds[a]

111 Hallelujah!
I will give thanks to the Lord with all of my heart
    in the assembled congregation of the upright.
Great are the acts of the Lord;
    they are within reach of[b] all who desire them.
Splendid and glorious are his awesome deeds,
    and his righteousness endures forever.
He is remembered for his awesome deeds;
    the Lord is gracious and compassionate.
He prepares food[c] for those who fear him;
    he is ever mindful of his covenant.
He revealed his mighty deeds to his people
    by giving them a country of their own.[d]
Whatever he does is[e] reliable and just,
    and all his precepts are trustworthy,
sustained through all eternity,
    and fashioned in both truth and righteousness.
He sent deliverance to his people;
    he ordained his covenant to last forever;
        his name is holy and awesome.
10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom;
    sound understanding belongs to those who practice it.
Praise of God[f] endures forever.

111 1-10 Hallelujah!
I give thanks to God with everything I’ve got—
Wherever good people gather, and in the congregation.
God’s works are so great, worth
A lifetime of study—endless enjoyment!
Splendor and beauty mark his craft;
His generosity never gives out.
His miracles are his memorial—
This God of Grace, this God of Love.
He gave food to those who fear him,
He remembered to keep his ancient promise.
He proved to his people that he could do what he said:
Hand them the nations on a platter—a gift!
He manufactures truth and justice;
All his products are guaranteed to last—
Never out-of-date, never obsolete, rust-proof.
All that he makes and does is honest and true:
He paid the ransom for his people,
He ordered his Covenant kept forever.
He’s so personal and holy, worthy of our respect.
The good life begins in the fear of God
Do that and you’ll know the blessing of God.
His Hallelujah lasts forever!

[a]111 Louvado seja o Senhor!

quando me reunir com os justos.
Tudo que ele faz revela sua glória e majestade;
sua justiça permanece para sempre.
Ele nos faz recordar suas maravilhas;
Tudo que ele faz é justo e bom;
todos os seus mandamentos são confiáveis.
São verdadeiros para sempre;
devem ser obedecidos com fidelidade e retidão.
Ele pagou o resgate por seu povo,
garantiu para sempre sua aliança com eles;
seu nome é santo e temível!
10 O temor do Senhor é o princípio do conhecimento;
