Salmo 110
Ang Pulong Sa Dios

Ang Ginoo ug ang Pinili Niyang Hari

110 Miingon ang Ginoo sa akong agalon nga hari,[a]
“Lingkod dinhi dapit sa akong tuo, hangtod mapailalom ko kanimo ang imong mga kaaway.”

2 Gikan sa Zion,[b] palapdon sa Ginoo ang imong gingharian, Mahal nga Hari,
ug magahari ka sa imong mga kaaway.
3 Sa adlaw nga makig-away ka sa imong mga kaaway,
kinabubut-on nga motabang kanimo ang imong katawhan.
Ang mga pamatan-on moadto kanimo sa balaang mga bungtod nga daw tun-og sa kabuntagon.
4 Nanumpa ang Ginoo, ug dili gayod mausab ang iyang hunahuna, nga ikaw pari sa walay kataposan sama sa pagkapari ni Melkizedek.
5 Ang Ginoo nagauban kanimo;
laglagon niya ang mga hari sa panahon nga ipakita niya ang iyang kasuko.
6 Silotan niya ang kanasoran ug daghan ang iyang pamatyon.
Laglagon niya ang mga nagadumala sa tibuok kalibotan.

7 Mahal nga Hari, moinom ka[c] sa sapa nga anaa sa daplin sa dalan,
busa mobalik ang imong kusog ug magmadaogon ka.

110 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

2 The Lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

4 The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

5 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

6 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.

7 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

Psalm 110

Of David. A psalm.

1 The Lord says(A) to my lord:[a]

“Sit at my right hand(B)
    until I make your enemies
    a footstool for your feet.”(C)

2 The Lord will extend your mighty scepter(D) from Zion,(E) saying,
    “Rule(F) in the midst of your enemies!”
3 Your troops will be willing
    on your day of battle.
Arrayed in holy splendor,(G)
    your young men will come to you
    like dew from the morning’s womb.[b](H)

4 The Lord has sworn
    and will not change his mind:(I)
“You are a priest forever,(J)
    in the order of Melchizedek.(K)”

5 The Lord is at your right hand[c];(L)
    he will crush kings(M) on the day of his wrath.(N)
6 He will judge the nations,(O) heaping up the dead(P)
    and crushing the rulers(Q) of the whole earth.
7 He will drink from a brook along the way,[d]
    and so he will lift his head high.(R)
