遭难者的诉苦
109 我所赞美的 神啊，
求你不要闭口不言。
2 因为恶人的嘴和诡诈人的口张开攻击我，
他们用撒谎的舌头对我说话。
3 他们围绕我，说怨恨的话，
又无故地攻打我。
4 他们与我作对回报我的爱，
但我专心祈祷。
5 他们向我以恶报善，
以恨报爱。
6 求你派恶人辖制他，
派对头站在他右边！
7 他受审判的时候，
愿他背负罪名而出！
愿他的祈祷反成为罪！
8 愿他的年岁短少！
愿别人得他的职分！
9 愿他的儿女成为孤儿，
他的妻子成为寡妇！
10 愿他的儿女飘流讨饭，
从荒凉之处出来求乞[a]！
11 愿债主牢笼他一切所有的！
愿陌生人抢走他劳碌得来的！
12 愿无人向他布施恩惠，
无人恩待他的孤儿！
13 愿他的后人断绝，
名字被涂去，不传于下代！
14 愿耶和华记得他祖宗的罪孽，
不涂去他母亲的罪过！
15 愿这些罪常在耶和华面前！
愿他们的名字[b]从地上除灭！
16 因为他从未想过要施恩，
却迫害困苦贫穷的和伤心的人，
把他们处死。
17 他爱咒骂，咒骂就临到他；
他不喜爱祝福，祝福就远离他！
18 他拿咒骂当衣服穿上；
这咒骂就如水进到他里面，
如油进入他骨头。
19 愿这咒骂当他遮身的衣服，
作他经常束腰的带子！
20 这就是那些与我作对、用恶言议论我的人
从耶和华所受的报应。
21 但是你，主—耶和华啊，
求你因你的名采取行动；
因你的慈爱美好，求你搭救我！
22 因为我困苦贫穷，
内心受伤。
23 我如日影偏斜而去，
如蝗虫被抖出来。
24 我因禁食，膝盖软弱；
我身体消瘦，不再丰润。

Plea for Judgment of False Accusers
To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.
109 Do(A) not keep silent,
O God of my praise!
2 For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful
Have opened against me;
They have spoken against me with a (B)lying tongue.
3 They have also surrounded me with words of hatred,
And fought against me (C)without a cause.
4 In return for my love they are my accusers,
But I give myself to prayer.
5 Thus (D)they have rewarded me evil for good,
And hatred for my love.
6 Set a wicked man over him,
And let (E)an [a]accuser stand at his right hand.
7 When he is judged, let him be found guilty,
And (F)let his prayer become sin.
8 Let his days be (G)few,
And (H)let another take his office.
9 (I)Let his children be fatherless,
And his wife a widow.
10 Let his children [b]continually be vagabonds, and beg;
Let them [c]seek their bread also from their desolate places.
11 (J)Let the creditor seize all that he has,
And let strangers plunder his labor.
12 Let there be none to extend mercy to him,
Nor let there be any to favor his fatherless children.
13 (K)Let his [d]posterity be cut off,
And in the generation following let their (L)name be blotted out.
14 (M)Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the Lord,
And let not the sin of his mother (N)be blotted out.
15 Let them be continually before the Lord,
That He may (O)cut off the memory of them from the earth;
16 Because he did not remember to show mercy,
But persecuted the poor and needy man,
That he might even slay the (P)broken in heart.
17 (Q)As he loved cursing, so let it come to him;
As he did not delight in blessing, so let it be far from him.
18 As he clothed himself with cursing as with his garment,
So let it (R)enter his body like water,
And like oil into his bones.
19 Let it be to him like the garment which covers him,
And for a belt with which he girds himself continually.
20 Let this be the Lord’s reward to my accusers,
And to those who speak evil against my person.
21 But You, O God the Lord,
Deal with me for Your name’s sake;
Because Your mercy is good, deliver me.
22 For I am poor and needy,
And my heart is wounded within me.
23 I am gone (S)like a shadow when it lengthens;
I am shaken off like a locust.
24 My (T)knees are weak through fasting,
And my flesh is feeble from lack of fatness.
25 I also have become (U)a reproach to them;
When they look at me, (V)they shake their heads.
26 Help me, O Lord my God!
Oh, save me according to Your mercy,
27 (W)That they may know that this is Your hand—
That You, Lord, have done it!
28 (X)Let them curse, but You bless;
When they arise, let them be ashamed,
But let (Y)Your servant rejoice.
29 (Z)Let my accusers be clothed with shame,
And let them cover themselves with their own disgrace as with a mantle.
30 I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth;
Yes, (AA)I will praise Him among the multitude.
31 For (AB)He shall stand at the right hand of the poor,
To save him from those [e]who condemn him.

109 Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;
2 For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.
4 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.
5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
6 Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.
7 When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin.
8 Let his days be few; and let another take his office.
9 Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.
10 Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.
11 Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour.
12 Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children.
13 Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
15 Let them be before the Lord continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.
16 Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.
17 As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.
18 As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.
19 Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.
20 Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the Lord, and of them that speak evil against my soul.
21 But do thou for me, O God the Lord, for thy name's sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me.
22 For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.
23 I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust.
24 My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.
25 I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads.
26 Help me, O Lord my God: O save me according to thy mercy:
27 That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, Lord, hast done it.
28 Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice.
29 Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.
30 I will greatly praise the Lord with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

atsekula pakamwa pawo kutsutsana nane;
iwo ayankhula motsutsana nane ndi malilime abodza.
3 Andizungulira ndi mawu audani,
amandinena popanda chifukwa.
4 Mʼmalo mwa chikondi changa amandineneza,
koma ine ndine munthu wapemphero.
5 Iwo amandibwezera zoyipa mʼmalo mwa zabwino,
ndi udani mʼmalo mwa chikondi changa.
6 Sankhani munthu woyipa kuti amutsutse iye;
lolani wotsutsa ayime ku dzanja lake lamanja.
7 Pamene aweruzidwa, apezeke kuti ndi wolakwa,
ndipo mapemphero ake amutsutse.
8 Masiku ake akhale owerengeka;
munthu wina atenge malo ake a utsogoleri.
9 Ana ake akhale amasiye
ndipo mkazi wake akhale wopanda mwamuna.
10 Ana ake akhale oyendayenda ndi opemphapempha;
apirikitsidwe kuchoka pa mabwinja a nyumba zawo.
11 Wokongoza alande zonse zimene ali nazo;
alendo afunkhe ntchito za manja ake.
12 Pasapezeke ndi mmodzi yemwe womukomera mtima
kapena kumvera chisoni ana ake amasiye.
13 Zidzukulu zake zithe nʼkufa,
mayina awo afafanizidwe mu mʼbado wotsatirawo.
14 Mphulupulu za makolo ake zikumbukiridwe pamaso pa Yehova;
tchimo la amayi ake lisadzafafanizidwe.
15 Machimo awo akhale pamaso pa Yehova nthawi zonse,
kuti Iye achotse chikumbutso chawo pa dziko lapansi.
16 Pakuti iye sanaganizirepo zochita chifundo,
koma anazunza mpaka kuwapha anthu osauka
ndi osweka mtima.
17 Anakonda kutemberera,
matembererowo abwerere kwa iye;
sanakondwe nʼkudalitsa anthu ena,
choncho madalitso akhale kutali naye.
18 Anavala kutemberera ngati chovala;
kutemberera kunalowa mʼthupi lake ngati madzi,
kulowa mʼmafupa ake ngati mafuta.
19 Matemberero akhale ngati chofunda chodzikutira nacho,
ngati lamba wovala tsiku ndi tsiku.
20 Awa akhale malipiro ochokera kwa Yehova pa onditsutsa anga,
kwa iwo amene amayankhula zoyipa za ine.
21 Koma Inu Ambuye Wamphamvuzonse,
muchite nane molingana ndi dzina lanu,
chifukwa cha ubwino wa chikondi chanu, pulumutseni.
22 Pakuti ndine wosauka ndi wosowa,
ndipo mtima wanga ukuwawa mʼkati mwanga.
23 Ndikuzimirira ngati mthunzi wa kumadzulo,
ndapirikitsidwa ngati dzombe.
24 Mawondo anga afowoka chifukwa cha kusala zakudya,
thupi langa lawonda ndi mutu wanga womwe.
25 Ndine chinthu chotonzedwa kwa otsutsana nane;
akandiona, amapukusa mitu yawo.
26 Thandizeni Inu Yehova Mulungu wanga;
pulumutseni molingana ndi chikondi chanu.
27 Adaniwo adziwe kuti limeneli ndi dzanja lanu,
kuti Inu Yehova mwachita zimenezi.
28 Angathe kutemberera, koma Inu mudzadalitsa;
pamene iwo andiputa adzachititsidwa manyazi,
koma mtumiki wanu adzasangalala.
29 Onditsutsa adzavekedwa mnyozo,
ndipo adzadzifunditsa manyazi ngati chovala.
30 Ndi pakamwa panga ndidzathokoza Yehova kwambiri;
ndidzamutamanda mʼgulu lalikulu la anthu.
31 Popeza Iye amayima ku dzanja lamanja la munthu wosowayo,
kupulumutsa moyo wake kwa iwo amene agamula molakwa.
