上帝和祂的子民(A)
105 你们要称谢耶和华，呼求祂的名，
在列邦传扬祂的作为。
2 要歌颂、赞美祂，
述说祂一切奇妙的作为。
3 要以祂的圣名为荣，
愿寻求耶和华的人都欢欣。
4 要寻求耶和华和祂的能力，
时常来到祂面前。
5-6 祂仆人亚伯拉罕的后裔，
祂所拣选的雅各的子孙啊，
要记住祂所行的神迹奇事和祂口中的判词。
7 祂是我们的上帝耶和华，
祂在普天下施行审判。
8 祂永远记得祂的约，
历经千代也不忘祂的应许，
9 就是祂与亚伯拉罕所立的约，
向以撒所起的誓。
10 祂把这约定为律例赐给雅各，
定为永远的约赐给以色列。
11 祂说：“我必把迦南赐给你，
作为你的产业。”
12 那时他们人丁稀少，
在当地寄居。
13 他们在异国他乡流离飘零。
14 耶和华不容人压迫他们，
还为他们的缘故责备君王，
15 说：“不可难为我膏立的人，
也不可伤害我的先知。”
16 祂在那里降下饥荒，
断绝一切食物的供应。
17 祂派一个人率先前往，
这人就是被卖为奴隶的约瑟。
18 他被戴上脚镣，套上枷锁，
19 直到后来他的预言应验，
耶和华的话试炼了他。
20 埃及王下令释放他，
百姓的首领给他自由，
21 派他执掌朝政，
管理国中的一切，
22 有权柄管束王的大臣，

23 以色列来到埃及，

遍地电光闪闪。
33 祂击倒他们的葡萄树和无花果树，
摧毁他们境内的树木。
34 祂一发声，
就飞来无数蝗虫和蚂蚱，
35 吃尽他们土地上的植物，
吃尽他们田间的出产。
36 祂又击杀他们境内所有的长子，
就是他们年轻力壮时生的长子。
37 祂带领以色列人携金带银地离开埃及，
各支派中无人畏缩。
38 埃及人惧怕他们，
乐见他们离去。
39 祂铺展云彩为他们遮荫，
晚上用火给他们照明。
40 他们祈求，
祂就赐下鹌鹑，降下天粮，
叫他们饱足。
41 祂使磐石裂开、涌出水来，
在干旱之地奔流成河。
42 因为祂没有忘记祂赐给仆人亚伯拉罕的神圣应许。
43 祂带领自己的子民欢然离去，
祂所拣选的百姓欢唱着前行。
44 祂把列国的土地赐给他们，
使他们获得别人的劳动成果。
45 祂这样做是要使他们持守祂的命令，
遵行祂的律法。
你们要赞美耶和华！

105 Give thanks to the Lord;
call upon his name;
make his deeds known to all people!
2 Sing to God;
sing praises to the Lord;
dwell on all his wondrous works!
3 Give praise to God’s holy name!
Let the hearts rejoice of all those seeking the Lord!
4 Pursue the Lord and his strength;
seek his face always!
5 Remember the wondrous works he has done,
all his marvelous works, and the justice he declared—
6 you who are the offspring of Abraham, his servant,
and the children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
7 The Lord—he is our God.
His justice is everywhere throughout the whole world.
8 God remembers his covenant forever,
the word he commanded to a thousand generations,
9 which he made with Abraham,
the solemn pledge he swore to Isaac.
10 God set it up as binding law for Jacob,
as an eternal covenant for Israel,
11 promising, “I hereby give you the land of Canaan
as your allotted inheritance.”
12 When they were few in number—
insignificant, just immigrants—
13 wandering from nation to nation,
from one kingdom to the next,
14 God didn’t let anyone oppress them.
God punished kings for their sake:
15 “Don’t touch my anointed ones;
don’t harm my prophets!”
16 When God called for a famine in the land,
destroying every source of food,
17 he sent a man ahead of them,
who was sold as a slave: it was Joseph.
18 Joseph’s feet hurt in his shackles;
his neck was in an iron collar,
19 until what he predicted actually happened,
until what the Lord had said proved him true.[a]
20 The king sent for Joseph and set him free;
the ruler of many people released him.
21 The king made Joseph master of his house and ruler over everything he owned,
22 to make sure his princes acted according to his will,
and to teach wisdom to his advisors.
23 That’s how Israel came to Egypt,
how Jacob became an immigrant in the land of Ham.
24 God made his people very fruitful,
more powerful than their enemies,
25 whose hearts God changed so they hated his people
and dealt shrewdly with his servants.
26 God sent Moses his servant
and the one he chose, Aaron.
27 They put God’s signs on Egypt,[b]
his marvelous works on the land of Ham.
28 God sent darkness, and it became dark,
but the Egyptians rejected his word.
29 God turned their waters into blood
and killed their fish.
30 God made their land swarm with frogs[c]—
even in the bedrooms of their king!
31 God spoke, and the insects came—
gnats throughout their whole country!
32 God turned their rain into hail
along with lightning flashes throughout their land.
33 God destroyed their vines and their fig trees;
shattered the trees of their countryside.
34 God spoke, and the locusts came—
countless grasshoppers came!
35 They devoured all the plants in their land;
they devoured the fruit of their soil.
36 God struck down all the oldest sons throughout their land;
struck down their very pride and joy.
37 Then God brought Israel out, filled with silver and gold;
not one of its tribes stumbled.
38 Egypt celebrated when they left,
because the dread of Israel had come upon them.
39 God spread out clouds as a covering;
gave lightning to provide light at night.
40 The people asked, and God brought quail;
God filled them full with food from heaven.
41 God opened the rock and out gushed water—
flowing like a river through the desert!
42 Because God remembered his holy promise
to Abraham his servant,
43 God brought his people out with rejoicing,
his chosen ones with songs of joy.
44 God gave them the lands of other nations;
they inherited the wealth of many peoples—
45 all so that they would keep his laws
and observe his instructions.
Praise the Lord!

105 O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.
2 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.
3 Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord.
4 Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face evermore.
5 Remember his marvellous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;
6 O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.
7 He is the Lord our God: his judgments are in all the earth.
8 He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
9 Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;
10 And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:
11 Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:
12 When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.
13 When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;
14 He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;
15 Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
16 Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.
17 He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:
18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:
19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the Lord tried him.
20 The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.
21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:
22 To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.
23 Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
24 And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.
25 He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.
26 He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.
27 They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28 He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.
29 He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.
30 Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.
31 He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.
32 He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.
33 He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.
34 He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,
35 And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.
36 He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.
37 He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.
38 Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.
39 He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.
40 The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41 He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.
42 For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.
43 And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:
44 And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;
45 That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the Lord.

105 Alabad a Jehová, invocad su nombre;
Dad a conocer sus obras en los pueblos.
2 Cantadle, cantadle salmos;
Hablad de todas sus maravillas.
3 Gloriaos en su santo nombre;
Alégrese el corazón de los que buscan a Jehová.
4 Buscad a Jehová y su poder;
Buscad siempre su rostro.
5 Acordaos de las maravillas que él ha hecho,
De sus prodigios y de los juicios de su boca,
6 Oh vosotros, descendencia de Abraham su siervo,
Hijos de Jacob, sus escogidos.
7 Él es Jehová nuestro Dios;
En toda la tierra están sus juicios.
8 Se acordó para siempre de su pacto;
De la palabra que mandó para mil generaciones,
9 La cual concertó con Abraham,(A)
Y de su juramento a Isaac.(B)
10 La estableció a Jacob por decreto,
A Israel por pacto sempiterno,
11 Diciendo: A ti te daré la tierra de Canaán

12 Cuando ellos eran pocos en número,

De un reino a otro pueblo,
14 No consintió que nadie los agraviase,
Y por causa de ellos castigó a los reyes.

17 Envió un varón delante de ellos;
A José, que fue vendido por siervo.(F)
18 Afligieron sus pies con grillos;
En cárcel fue puesta su persona.
19 Hasta la hora que se cumplió su palabra,
El dicho de Jehová le probó.(G)
20 Envió el rey, y le soltó;
El señor de los pueblos, y le dejó ir libre.(H)
21 Lo puso por señor de su casa,
Y por gobernador de todas sus posesiones,(I)
22 Para que reprimiera a sus grandes como él quisiese,
Y a sus ancianos enseñara sabiduría.
23 Después entró Israel en Egipto,(J)
Y Jacob moró en la tierra de Cam.(K)
24 Y multiplicó su pueblo en gran manera,
Y lo hizo más fuerte que sus enemigos.
25 Cambió el corazón de ellos para que aborreciesen a su pueblo,
Para que contra sus siervos pensasen mal.(L)
26 Envió a su siervo Moisés,
Y a Aarón, al cual escogió.(M)
27 Puso en ellos las palabras de sus señales,
Y sus prodigios en la tierra de Cam.
28 Envió tinieblas que lo oscurecieron todo;(N)
No fueron rebeldes a su palabra.
29 Volvió sus aguas en sangre,
Y mató sus peces.(O)
30 Su tierra produjo ranas
Hasta en las cámaras de sus reyes.(P)
31 Habló, y vinieron enjambres de moscas,(Q)
Y piojos(R) en todos sus términos.
32 Les dio granizo por lluvia,
Y llamas de fuego en su tierra.
33 Destrozó sus viñas y sus higueras,
Y quebró los árboles de su territorio.(S)
34 Habló, y vinieron langostas,
Y pulgón sin número;
35 Y comieron toda la hierba de su país,
Y devoraron el fruto de su tierra.(T)
36 Hirió de muerte a todos los primogénitos en su tierra,
Las primicias de toda su fuerza.(U)
37 Los sacó con plata y oro;
Y no hubo en sus tribus enfermo.
38 Egipto se alegró de que salieran,
Porque su terror había caído sobre ellos.(V)
39 Extendió una nube por cubierta,
