104 我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华！耶和华我的神啊，你为至大！你以尊荣威严为衣服，
2 披上亮光如披外袍；铺张穹苍如铺幔子，
3 在水中立楼阁的栋梁；用云彩为车辇，借着风的翅膀而行；
4 以风为使者，以火焰为仆役。
5 将地立在根基上，使地永不动摇。
6 你用深水遮盖地面，犹如衣裳，诸水高过山岭。
7 你的斥责一发，水便奔逃；你的雷声一发，水便奔流。
8 诸山升上，诸谷沉下[a]，归你为它所安定之地。
9 你定了界限，使水不能过去，不再转回遮盖地面。
10 耶和华使泉源涌在山谷，流在山间，
11 使野地的走兽有水喝，野驴得解其渴。
12 天上的飞鸟在水旁住宿，在树枝上啼叫。
13 他从楼阁中浇灌山岭，因他作为的功效地就丰足。
14 他使草生长给六畜吃，使菜蔬发长供给人用，使人从地里能得食物。
15 又得酒能悦人心，得油能润人面，得粮能养人心。
16 佳美的树木，就是黎巴嫩的香柏树，是耶和华所栽种的，都满了汁浆。
17 雀鸟在其上搭窝，至于鹤，松树是它的房屋。
18 高山为野山羊的住所，岩石为沙番的藏处。
19 你安置月亮为定节令，日头自知沉落。
20 你造黑暗为夜，林中的百兽就都爬出来。
21 少壮狮子吼叫要抓食，向神寻求食物。
22 日头一出，兽便躲避，卧在洞里。
23 人出去做工，劳碌直到晚上。
24 耶和华啊，你所造的何其多！都是你用智慧造成的，遍地满了你的丰富。
25 那里有海，又大又广，其中有无数的动物，大小活物都有。
26 那里有船行走，有你所造的鳄鱼游泳在其中。
27 这都仰望你按时给它食物。
28 你给它们，它们便拾起来；你张手，它们饱得美食。
29 你掩面，它们便惊惶；你收回它们的气，它们就死亡，归于尘土。
30 你发出你的灵，它们便受造；你使地面更换为新。
31 愿耶和华的荣耀存到永远，愿耶和华喜悦自己所造的！
32 他看地，地便震动；他摸山，山就冒烟。
33 我要一生向耶和华唱诗，我还活的时候要向我神歌颂。
34 愿他以我的默念为甘甜，我要因耶和华欢喜。
35 愿罪人从世上消灭，愿恶人归于无有。我的心哪，要称颂耶和华！你们要赞美耶和华！[b]

104 Bless the Lord, O my soul!
O Lord my God, thou art very great!
Thou art clothed with honor and majesty,
2 who coverest thyself with light as with a garment,
who hast stretched out the heavens like a tent,
3 who hast laid the beams of thy chambers on the waters,
who makest the clouds thy chariot,
who ridest on the wings of the wind,
4 who makest the winds thy messengers,
fire and flame thy ministers.
5 Thou didst set the earth on its foundations,
so that it should never be shaken.
6 Thou didst cover it with the deep as with a garment;
the waters stood above the mountains.
7 At thy rebuke they fled;
at the sound of thy thunder they took to flight.
8 The mountains rose, the valleys sank down
to the place which thou didst appoint for them.
9 Thou didst set a bound which they should not pass,
so that they might not again cover the earth.
10 Thou makest springs gush forth in the valleys;
they flow between the hills,
11 they give drink to every beast of the field;
the wild asses quench their thirst.
12 By them the birds of the air have their habitation;
they sing among the branches.
13 From thy lofty abode thou waterest the mountains;
the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy work.
14 Thou dost cause the grass to grow for the cattle,
and plants for man to cultivate,[a]
that he may bring forth food from the earth,
15 and wine to gladden the heart of man,
oil to make his face shine,
and bread to strengthen man’s heart.
16 The trees of the Lord are watered abundantly,
the cedars of Lebanon which he planted.
17 In them the birds build their nests;
the stork has her home in the fir trees.
18 The high mountains are for the wild goats;
the rocks are a refuge for the badgers.
19 Thou hast made the moon to mark the seasons;
the sun knows its time for setting.
20 Thou makest darkness, and it is night,
when all the beasts of the forest creep forth.
21 The young lions roar for their prey,
seeking their food from God.
22 When the sun rises, they get them away
and lie down in their dens.
23 Man goes forth to his work
and to his labor until the evening.
24 O Lord, how manifold are thy works!
In wisdom hast thou made them all;
the earth is full of thy creatures.
25 Yonder is the sea, great and wide,
which teems with things innumerable,
living things both small and great.
26 There go the ships,
and Leviathan which thou didst form to sport in it.
27 These all look to thee,
to give them their food in due season.
28 When thou givest to them, they gather it up;
when thou openest thy hand, they are filled with good things.
29 When thou hidest thy face, they are dismayed;
when thou takest away their breath, they die
and return to their dust.
30 When thou sendest forth thy Spirit,[b] they are created;
and thou renewest the face of the ground.
31 May the glory of the Lord endure for ever,
may the Lord rejoice in his works,
32 who looks on the earth and it trembles,
who touches the mountains and they smoke!
33 I will sing to the Lord as long as I live;
I will sing praise to my God while I have being.
34 May my meditation be pleasing to him,
for I rejoice in the Lord.
35 Let sinners be consumed from the earth,
and let the wicked be no more!
Bless the Lord, O my soul!
Praise the Lord!
