患难中的祈祷
受苦之人的祷告，在疲惫不堪时向耶和华的倾诉。
102 耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，
垂听我的呼求！
2 我在危难的时候，
求你不要掩面不理我。
求你垂听我的呼求，
赶快应允我。
3 我的年日如烟消散，
我全身如火焚烧。
4 我的心被摧残，如草枯萎，
以致我不思饮食。
5 我因哀叹而瘦骨嶙峋。
6 我就像旷野中的鸮鸟，
又像废墟中的猫头鹰。
7 我无法入睡，
我就像屋顶上一只孤伶伶的麻雀。
8 我的仇敌终日辱骂我，
嘲笑我的用我的名字咒诅人。
9 我以炉灰为食物，
眼泪拌着水喝，
10 因为你向我大发烈怒，
把我抓起来丢在一边。
11 我的生命就像黄昏的影子，
又如枯干的草芥。
12 耶和华啊！唯有你永远做王，
你的大名万代长存。
13 你必怜悯锡安，
因为现在是你恩待她的时候了，时候到了。
14 你的仆人们喜爱城中的石头，
怜惜城中的尘土。
15 列国敬畏耶和华的名，
世上的君王都因祂的荣耀而战抖。
16 因为耶和华必重建锡安，
带着荣耀显现。
17 祂必垂听穷人的祷告，
不藐视他们的祈求。
18 要为后代记下这一切，
好让将来的人赞美耶和华。
19 耶和华从至高的圣所俯视人间，
从天上察看大地，
20 要垂听被囚之人的哀叹，
释放被判死刑的人。
21-22 这样，万族万国聚集、敬拜
耶和华时，
人们必在锡安传扬祂的名，
在耶路撒冷赞美祂。
23 祂使我未老先衰，

你世代长存，

102 (102:1) Prière d'un malheureux, lorsqu'il est abattu et qu'il répand sa plainte devant l'Éternel. (102:2) Éternel, écoute ma prière, Et que mon cri parvienne jusqu'à toi!
2 (102:3) Ne me cache pas ta face au jour de ma détresse! Incline vers moi ton oreille quand je crie! Hâte-toi de m'exaucer!
3 (102:4) Car mes jours s'évanouissent en fumée, Et mes os sont enflammés comme un tison.
4 (102:5) Mon coeur est frappé et se dessèche comme l'herbe; J'oublie même de manger mon pain.
5 (102:6) Mes gémissements sont tels Que mes os s'attachent à ma chair.
6 (102:7) Je ressemble au pélican du désert, Je suis comme le chat-huant des ruines;
7 (102:8) Je n'ai plus de sommeil, et je suis Comme l'oiseau solitaire sur un toit.
8 (102:9) Chaque jour mes ennemis m'outragent, Et c'est par moi que jurent mes adversaires en fureur.

Prayer in Time of Distress
1 The prayer of one afflicted and wasting away whose anguish is poured out before the Lord.
I
2 Lord, hear my prayer;
let my cry come to you.
3 Do not hide your face from me
in the day of my distress.(A)
Turn your ear to me;
when I call, answer me quickly.
4 For my days vanish like smoke;(B)
my bones burn away as in a furnace.
5 My heart is withered, dried up like grass,
too wasted to eat my food.
6 From my loud groaning
I become just skin and bones.
7 I am like a desert owl,
like an owl among the ruins.
8 I lie awake and moan,
like a lone sparrow on the roof.
9 All day long my enemies taunt me;
in their rage, they make my name a curse.[b]
10 I eat ashes like bread,
mingle my drink with tears.(C)
11 Because of your furious wrath,
you lifted me up just to cast me down.
12 (D)My days are like a lengthening shadow;(E)
I wither like the grass.

13 But you, Lord, are enthroned forever;
your renown is for all generations.(F)
14 You will again show mercy to Zion;
now is the time for pity;
the appointed time has come.
15 Its stones are dear to your servants;
its dust moves them to pity.
16 The nations shall fear your name, Lord,
all the kings of the earth, your glory,(G)
17 Once the Lord has rebuilt Zion
and appeared in glory,
18 Heeding the plea of the lowly,
not scorning their prayer.
19 Let this be written for the next generation,
for a people not yet born,
that they may praise the Lord:(H)
20 [c]“The Lord looked down from the holy heights,
viewed the earth from heaven,(I)
21 To attend to the groaning of the prisoners,
to release those doomed to die.”(J)
22 Then the Lord’s name will be declared on Zion,
his praise in Jerusalem,
23 When peoples and kingdoms gather
to serve the Lord.(K)

24 He has shattered my strength in mid-course,
has cut short my days.
25 I plead, O my God,
do not take me in the midst of my days.[d](L)
Your years last through all generations.
26 Of old you laid the earth’s foundations;(M)
the heavens are the work of your hands.
27 They perish, but you remain;
they all wear out like a garment;
Like clothing you change them and they are changed,
28 but you are the same, your years have no end.
29 May the children of your servants live on;
may their descendants live in your presence.(N)

- Psalm 102 A lament, one of the Penitential Psalms. The psalmist, experiencing psychological and bodily disintegration (Ps 102:4–12), cries out to God (Ps 102:1–3). In the Temple precincts where God has promised to be present, the psalmist recalls God’s venerable promises to save the poor (Ps 102:13–23). The final part (Ps 102:24–28) restates the original complaint and prayer, and emphasizes God’s eternity.
- 102:9 They make my name a curse: enemies use the psalmist’s name in phrases such as, “May you be as wretched as this person!”
- 102:20–23 Both Ps 102:20–21 and Ps 102:22–23 depend on Ps 102:19.
- 102:25 In the midst of my days: when the normal span of life is but half completed, cf. Is 38:10; Jer 17:11.
