患难中的祈祷
受苦之人的祷告，在疲惫不堪时向耶和华的倾诉。
102 耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告，
垂听我的呼求！
2 我在危难的时候，
求你不要掩面不理我。
求你垂听我的呼求，
赶快应允我。
3 我的年日如烟消散，
我全身如火焚烧。
4 我的心被摧残，如草枯萎，
以致我不思饮食。
5 我因哀叹而瘦骨嶙峋。
6 我就像旷野中的鸮鸟，
又像废墟中的猫头鹰。
7 我无法入睡，
我就像屋顶上一只孤伶伶的麻雀。
8 我的仇敌终日辱骂我，
嘲笑我的用我的名字咒诅人。
9 我以炉灰为食物，
眼泪拌着水喝，
10 因为你向我大发烈怒，
把我抓起来丢在一边。
11 我的生命就像黄昏的影子，
又如枯干的草芥。
12 耶和华啊！唯有你永远做王，
你的大名万代长存。
13 你必怜悯锡安，
因为现在是你恩待她的时候了，时候到了。
14 你的仆人们喜爱城中的石头，
怜惜城中的尘土。
15 列国敬畏耶和华的名，
世上的君王都因祂的荣耀而战抖。
16 因为耶和华必重建锡安，
带着荣耀显现。
17 祂必垂听穷人的祷告，
不藐视他们的祈求。
18 要为后代记下这一切，
好让将来的人赞美耶和华。
19 耶和华从至高的圣所俯视人间，
从天上察看大地，
20 要垂听被囚之人的哀叹，
释放被判死刑的人。
21-22 这样，万族万国聚集、敬拜
耶和华时，
人们必在锡安传扬祂的名，
在耶路撒冷赞美祂。
23 祂使我未老先衰，
缩短了我的岁月。
24 我说：“我的上帝啊，
你世代长存，
求你不要叫我中年早逝。
25 太初你奠立大地的根基，
亲手创造诸天。
26 天地都要消亡，
但你永远长存。
天地都会像外衣渐渐破旧，
你必更换天地，如同更换衣服，
天地都要消逝。
27 但你永远不变，
你的年日永无穷尽。
28 你仆人的后代必生生不息，
在你面前安然居住。”

102 Hear my prayer, O Lord, and let my cry come unto thee.
2 Hide not thy face from me in the day when I am in trouble; incline thine ear unto me: in the day when I call answer me speedily.
3 For my days are consumed like smoke, and my bones are burned as an hearth.
4 My heart is smitten, and withered like grass; so that I forget to eat my bread.
5 By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin.
6 I am like a pelican of the wilderness: I am like an owl of the desert.
7 I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top.
8 Mine enemies reproach me all the day; and they that are mad against me are sworn against me.
9 For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping.
10 Because of thine indignation and thy wrath: for thou hast lifted me up, and cast me down.
11 My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass.
12 But thou, O Lord, shall endure for ever; and thy remembrance unto all generations.
13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
14 For thy servants take pleasure in her stones, and favour the dust thereof.
15 So the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth thy glory.
16 When the Lord shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.
17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.
18 This shall be written for the generation to come: and the people which shall be created shall praise the Lord.
19 For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; from heaven did the Lord behold the earth;
20 To hear the groaning of the prisoner; to loose those that are appointed to death;
21 To declare the name of the Lord in Zion, and his praise in Jerusalem;
22 When the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the Lord.
23 He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.
24 I said, O my God, take me not away in the midst of my days: thy years are throughout all generations.
25 Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands.
26 They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed:
27 But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
28 The children of thy servants shall continue, and their seed shall be established before thee.

Prière dans la détresse
102 Prière d’un malheureux, lorsqu’il est abattu et qu’il expose sa plainte à l’Eternel.
2 Eternel, écoute ma prière
et que mon cri parvienne jusqu’à toi!
3 Ne me cache pas ton visage lorsque je suis dans la détresse,
tends ton oreille vers moi quand je crie,
réponds-moi vite,
4 car mes jours s’évanouissent comme une fumée
et mes os sont enflammés comme un brasier.
5 Mon cœur est frappé et se dessèche comme l’herbe;
j’en oublie même de manger mon pain.
6 A force de gémir,
je n’ai plus que la peau sur les os.
7 Je ressemble au pélican du désert,
je suis comme le chat-huant des ruines.
8 Je suis privé de sommeil et je ressemble
à l’oiseau resté tout seul sur un toit.
9 Chaque jour, mes ennemis m’insultent;
ils se moquent de moi, ils emploient mon nom dans leurs serments.
10 Je mange de la cendre au lieu de pain,
et je mêle des larmes à ma boisson
11 à cause de ta colère et de ta fureur.
Oui, tu t’es emparé de moi et m’as rejeté.
12 Mes jours déclinent comme l’ombre du soir,
et je me dessèche comme l’herbe,
13 mais toi, Eternel, tu règnes éternellement,
et l’on se souvient de toi de génération en génération.
14 Tu te lèveras, tu auras compassion de Sion,
car il est temps de lui faire grâce.
Oui, le moment fixé est arrivé,
15 car tes serviteurs en aiment les pierres,
ils sont attachés à sa poussière.
16 Alors les nations craindront le nom de l’Eternel,
tous les rois de la terre craindront ta gloire. 17 Quand l’Eternel reconstruira Sion,
il se montrera dans sa gloire.
18 Il est attentif à la prière de celui qu’on a dépouillé,
il ne méprise pas sa prière.
19 Que cela soit écrit pour la génération future,
et que le peuple ainsi créé célèbre l’Eternel,
20 car il regarde du haut de sa demeure sainte.
Du haut du ciel, l’Eternel observe la terre
21 pour écouter les gémissements des prisonniers,
pour délivrer ceux qui sont destinés à la mort.
22 Alors on proclamera dans Sion le nom de l’Eternel,
et ses louanges dans Jérusalem,
23 quand tous les peuples et tous les royaumes
se rassembleront pour servir l’Eternel.
24 Il a brisé ma force en chemin,
il a abrégé mes jours.
25 Je dis: «Mon Dieu, ne m’enlève pas au milieu de ma vie,
toi dont l’existence traverse les générations!»
26 *Autrefois tu as fondé la terre,
et le ciel est l’œuvre de tes mains.
27 Eux, ils disparaîtront, tandis que toi, tu restes là.
Ils vieilliront tous comme un vêtement;
tu les remplaceras comme un habit, et ils céderont la place,
28 mais toi, tu es toujours le même
et ton existence n’aura pas de fin.[a]
29 Les fils de tes serviteurs pourront s’établir
et leur descendance s’affermira devant toi.
