祈求 神究治恶人
10 耶和华啊！你为甚么远远地站着？在患难的时候，你为甚么隐藏起来呢？
2 恶人骄横地追逼困苦人，
愿恶人陷入自己所设的阴谋中。
3 恶人夸耀心中的欲望，
他称赞贪财的人，却藐视耶和华（“他称赞贪财的人，却藐视耶和华”或译：“贪财的人谤渎耶和华，并藐视他”）。
4 恶人面带骄傲，说：“耶和华必不追究！”
在他的一切思想中，都没有 神。
5 他的道路时常稳妥，
你的判断高超，他却不放在眼内；
他对所有的仇敌都嗤之以鼻。
6 他心里说：“我必永不摇动，
我决不会遭遇灾难。”
7 他口里充满咒诅、诡诈和欺压的话，
舌头底下尽是毒害与奸恶。
8 他在村庄里埋伏等候，
在隐密处杀害无辜的人，
他的眼睛暗地里窥探不幸的人。
9 他在隐密处埋伏，像狮子埋伏在丛林中；
他埋伏要掳走困苦人，
他把困苦人拉入自己的网中，掳走了他们。
10 他击打，他屈身蹲伏，
不幸的人就倒在他的爪下。
11 他心里说：“ 神已经忘记了，
他已经掩面，永远不看。”
12 耶和华啊！求你起来；
神啊！求你举起手来，
不要忘记困苦的人。
13 恶人为甚么藐视 神，
心里说：“你必不追究”呢？
14 其实你已经看见了，
忧患与愁苦你都已经看到，并且放在自己的手中；
不幸的人把自己交托你；
你是帮助孤儿的。
15 愿你打断恶人和坏人的膀臂，
愿你追究他们的恶行，直到清清楚楚。
16 耶和华作王直到永永远远，
列国都从他的地上灭亡。
17 耶和华啊！困苦人的心愿你已经听见，
你必坚固他们的心，也必留心听他们的呼求；
18 好为孤儿和受欺压的人伸冤，
使地上的人不再施行恐吓。

I
1 Why, Lord, do you stand afar
and pay no heed in times of trouble?
2 Arrogant scoundrels pursue the poor;
they trap them by their cunning schemes.(A)
II
3 The wicked even boast of their greed;
these robbers curse and scorn the Lord.(B)
4 In their insolence the wicked boast:
“God does not care; there is no God.”(C)
5 Yet their affairs always succeed;
they ignore your judgment on high;
they sneer at all who oppose them.
6 They say in their hearts, “We will never fall;
never will we see misfortune.”
7 Their mouths are full of oaths, violence, and lies;
discord and evil are under their tongues.(D)
8 They wait in ambush near towns;
their eyes watch for the helpless
to murder the innocent in secret.(E)
9 They lurk in ambush like lions in a thicket,
hide there to trap the poor,
snare them and close the net.(F)
10 The helpless are crushed, laid low;
they fall into the power of the wicked,
11 Who say in their hearts, “God has forgotten,
shows no concern, never bothers to look.”(G)

12 Rise up, Lord! God, lift up your hand!
Do not forget the poor!
13 Why should the wicked scorn God,
say in their hearts, “God does not care”?
14 But you do see;
you take note of misery and sorrow;(H)
you take the matter in hand.
To you the helpless can entrust their cause;
you are the defender of orphans.(I)
15 Break the arm of the wicked and depraved;
make them account for their crimes;
let none of them survive.

10 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କାହିଁକି ଦୂରରେ ରହିଅଛ?
ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦେଖି ପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
2 ଗର୍ବୀ ଓ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ କୁମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କରନ୍ତି
ଓ ସେମାନେ ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର କ୍ଷତି କରନ୍ତି।
3 ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆପଣା ମନସ୍କାମନା ବିଷୟରେ ଗର୍ବ ଅନୁଭବ କରନ୍ତି
ଓ ସେହି ଲୋଭୀ ଲୋକମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦିଅନ୍ତି।
ଏହି ଉପାୟରେ ସେହି ମନ୍ଦ ଲୋକମାନେ ଦେଖାଇ ଦେବାକୁ ଗ୍ଭହାନ୍ତି ସେମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି।
4 ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନେ ଅହଂକାର ବଶତଃ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ମନ୍ଦ ଯୋଜନାରେ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ରହନ୍ତି।
ସେମାନେ ଭାବନ୍ତି ଯେ, ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
5 ମନ୍ଦ ଲୋକମାନେ ସବୁବେଳେ ମନ୍ଦକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ମନ ବଳାନ୍ତି।
ସେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତମ ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଉପଦେଶକୁ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରନ୍ତି।
6 ସେହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଭାବନ୍ତି ଯେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ କେବେ ବିପଦ ଆସିବ ନାହିଁ।
ସେମାନେ କହନ୍ତି, “ଆମ୍ଭର ସବୁବେଳେ ଭଲ ହେବ ଏବଂ କେବେ ବି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ପାଇବୁ ନାହିଁ।”
7 ସେହି ଲୋକମାନେ ସବୁବେଳେ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ତିରସ୍କାର କରନ୍ତି।
ସେମାନେ ସବୁବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ମନ୍ଦ କଥା କହନ୍ତି।
ସେମାନେ ସବୁବେଳେ ମନ୍ଦକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା କରନ୍ତି।
8 ସେହି ଲୋକମାନେ ଗୁପ୍ତସ୍ଥାନରେ ଲୁଚି ରହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି।
ସେମାନେ ଗୋପନରେ ରହି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆଘାତ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି।
ସେମାନେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୋଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରନ୍ତି।
9 ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ସିଂହ ଭଳି ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାଣୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଖାଇ ଯାଆନ୍ତି
ସେମାନେ ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରନ୍ତି।
ସେହି ନିରୀହ ଲୋକମାନେ ସହଜରେ
ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ବସାଯାଇଥିବା ଯନ୍ତାରେ ପଡ଼ି ଯାଆନ୍ତି।
10 ବାରମ୍ବାର ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ
ନିରୀହ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର କ୍ଷତି କରନ୍ତି।
11 ତେଣୁ ସେହି ନିରୀହ ଲୋକମାନେ ଭାବିବାକୁ ଲାଗନ୍ତି, “ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଲି ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି।
ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ବହୁ ଦୂରକୁ ଗ୍ଭଲି ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି।
ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଯାହା ଘଟୁଛି ସେ ବୋଧହୁଏ ଦେଖୁ ନାହାନ୍ତି।”
12 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଗ୍ରତ ହୁଅ, ଏବଂ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କିଛି କର।
ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦିଅ!
ଗରିବ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଲି ଯାଅ ନାହିଁ।
13 କାହିଁକି ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଯାଆନ୍ତି?
କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ଭାବନ୍ତି ଯେ, ସେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦେବେ ନାହିଁ।
14 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ନଷ୍ଠୁର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦେଖୁଅଛ।
ଥରେ ସେହି ମନ୍ଦକାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଗ୍ଭହଁ, ଓ କିଛି କର।
ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି, ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଆସନ୍ତି।
ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହେଉଛ ଏକମାତ୍ର, ଯିଏକି ସେହି ପିତୃହୀନମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିପାର।
15 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କର।
ସେମାନଙ୍କର କୁକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ କର, ସେମାନେ ଧ୍ୱଂସ ହୋଇ ନ ଯିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ।
16 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ରାଜା ଅଟନ୍ତି।
ସେହି ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ରାଜ୍ୟରୁ ବିତାଡ଼ିତ କର।
17 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେହି ନିରୀହ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଡାକ ଶୁଣିଛ ବା ସେମାନେ ଯାହା ଗ୍ଭହୁଁଛନ୍ତି ଜାଣିପାରୁଛ।
ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ଶୁଣ ଓ ସେମାନେ ଯାହା ଗ୍ଭହୁଁଛନ୍ତି ତାହା ପ୍ରଦାନ କର।
18 ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଯେଉଁ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ପିତାମାତା ନାହାନ୍ତି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କର।
ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅଧିକ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକ ଦୁଃଖୀ କରାଅ ନାହିଁ।
ତେଣୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଭୟ ସଞ୍ଚାର କର, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଏଠାରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
