祈求 神究治恶人
10 耶和华啊！你为甚么远远地站着？在患难的时候，你为甚么隐藏起来呢？
2 恶人骄横地追逼困苦人，
愿恶人陷入自己所设的阴谋中。
3 恶人夸耀心中的欲望，
他称赞贪财的人，却藐视耶和华（“他称赞贪财的人，却藐视耶和华”或译：“贪财的人谤渎耶和华，并藐视他”）。
4 恶人面带骄傲，说：“耶和华必不追究！”
在他的一切思想中，都没有 神。
5 他的道路时常稳妥，
你的判断高超，他却不放在眼内；
他对所有的仇敌都嗤之以鼻。
6 他心里说：“我必永不摇动，
我决不会遭遇灾难。”
7 他口里充满咒诅、诡诈和欺压的话，
舌头底下尽是毒害与奸恶。
8 他在村庄里埋伏等候，
在隐密处杀害无辜的人，
他的眼睛暗地里窥探不幸的人。
9 他在隐密处埋伏，像狮子埋伏在丛林中；
他埋伏要掳走困苦人，
他把困苦人拉入自己的网中，掳走了他们。
10 他击打，他屈身蹲伏，
不幸的人就倒在他的爪下。
11 他心里说：“ 神已经忘记了，
他已经掩面，永远不看。”
12 耶和华啊！求你起来；
神啊！求你举起手来，
不要忘记困苦的人。
13 恶人为甚么藐视 神，
心里说：“你必不追究”呢？
14 其实你已经看见了，
忧患与愁苦你都已经看到，并且放在自己的手中；
不幸的人把自己交托你；
你是帮助孤儿的。
15 愿你打断恶人和坏人的膀臂，
愿你追究他们的恶行，直到清清楚楚。
16 耶和华作王直到永永远远，
列国都从他的地上灭亡。
17 耶和华啊！困苦人的心愿你已经听见，
你必坚固他们的心，也必留心听他们的呼求；
18 好为孤儿和受欺压的人伸冤，
使地上的人不再施行恐吓。

10 耶和華啊，你為何遠遠站著？
為何在我遭難時隱藏起來？
2 惡人狂妄地追逼窮苦人，
願他們落入自己所設的圈套。
3 惡人誇耀自己的貪慾，
貪婪的人憎恨、咒詛耶和華。
4 他們狂傲自大，心中沒有上帝，
從不尋求耶和華。
5 他們凡事順利，
對你的審判不屑一顧，
對所有的仇敵嗤之以鼻。
6 他們自以為可以屹立不倒，
世世代代永不遭殃。
7 他們滿口咒詛、謊話和恐嚇之言，
舌頭沾滿禍害和邪惡。
8 他們埋伏在村莊，
暗中監視受害者，殺害無辜。
9 他們像獅子埋伏在暗處，
獵取無助的人，
用網羅拖走他們。
10 不幸的人被擊垮，
倒在他們的暴力下。
11 他們自言自語：「上帝忘記了，
祂掩面不理這些事！」
12 耶和華啊，求你起來！
上帝啊，求你舉手施罰，
不要忘記無助的人！
13 惡人為何輕視上帝，
以為上帝不會追究呢？
14 但你已看到世人的疾苦，
隨時伸出援手。
困苦無助的人投靠你，
你是孤兒的幫助。
15 求你打斷惡人的臂膀，
徹底追究他們的罪惡。
16 耶和華永永遠遠是君王，
列邦必從祂的土地上滅亡。
17 耶和華啊，
你知道困苦人的願望，
你必垂聽他們的呼求，
安慰他們。

1 Pentru ce stai aşa de departe, Doamne?
Pentru ce Te ascunzi la vreme de necaz?
2 Cel rău, în mândria lui, urmăreşte pe cei nenorociţi
şi ei cad(A) jertfă curselor urzite de el.
3 Căci cel rău se făleşte(B) cu pofta lui,
iar răpitorul(C) batjocoreşte şi nesocoteşte pe Domnul.
4 Cel rău zice cu trufie: „Nu(D) pedepseşte Domnul!
Nu este Dumnezeu!” Iată toate gândurile(E) lui.
5 Treburile îi merg bine în orice vreme;
judecăţile(F) Tale sunt prea înalte pentru el, ca să le poată vedea,
şi suflă cu dispreţ(G) împotriva tuturor potrivnicilor lui.
6 El zice(H) în inima lui: „Nu mă clatin,
în veci(I) sunt scutit de nenorocire!”
7 Gura(J) îi este plină de blesteme, de înşelătorii şi de vicleşuguri
şi sub limbă(K) are răutate şi fărădelege(L).
8 Stă la pândă lângă sate
şi ucide pe cel nevinovat în locuri(M) dosnice;
ochii lui pândesc(N) pe cel nenorocit.
9 Stă(O) la pândă în ascunzătoarea lui, ca leul în vizuină;
stă la pândă să prindă pe cel nenorocit.
Îl prinde şi-l trage în laţul lui;
10 se îndoaie, se pleacă
şi-i cad săracii în gheare!
11 El zice în inima lui: „Dumnezeu uită!
Îşi ascunde(P) Faţa şi în veac nu va vedea!”
12 Scoală-Te, Doamne, Dumnezeule, ridică(Q) mâna!
Nu uita pe cei nenorociţi!
13 Pentru ce să hulească cel rău pe Dumnezeu?
Pentru ce să zică în inima lui că Tu nu pedepseşti?
14 Dar Tu vezi; căci Tu priveşti necazul şi suferinţa, ca să iei în mână pricina lor.
În nădejdea Ta se lasă(R) cel nenorocit
şi Tu vii în ajutor orfanului(S).
15 Zdrobeşte(T) braţul celui rău,
pedepseşte-i fărădelegile, ca să piară din ochii Tăi!
16 Domnul(U) este Împărat în veci de veci;
neamurile sunt nimicite din ţara Lui.
17 Tu auzi rugăciunile celor ce suferă, Doamne!
Le întăreşti(V) inima, Îţi pleci urechea spre ei,
18 ca să faci(W) dreptate orfanului şi celui asuprit
şi ca să nu mai insufle groaza omul cel luat din pământ.

2 In his arrogance the wicked man hunts down the weak,(C)
who are caught in the schemes he devises.
3 He boasts(D) about the cravings of his heart;
he blesses the greedy and reviles the Lord.(E)
4 In his pride the wicked man does not seek him;
in all his thoughts there is no room for God.(F)
5 His ways are always prosperous;
your laws are rejected by[b] him;
he sneers at all his enemies.
6 He says to himself, “Nothing will ever shake me.”
He swears, “No one will ever do me harm.”(G)
7 His mouth is full(H) of lies and threats;(I)
trouble and evil are under his tongue.(J)
8 He lies in wait(K) near the villages;
from ambush he murders the innocent.(L)
His eyes watch in secret for his victims;
9 like a lion in cover he lies in wait.
He lies in wait to catch the helpless;(M)
he catches the helpless and drags them off in his net.(N)
10 His victims are crushed,(O) they collapse;
they fall under his strength.
11 He says to himself, “God will never notice;(P)
he covers his face and never sees.”(Q)
12 Arise,(R) Lord! Lift up your hand,(S) O God.
Do not forget the helpless.(T)
13 Why does the wicked man revile God?(U)
Why does he say to himself,
“He won’t call me to account”?(V)
14 But you, God, see the trouble(W) of the afflicted;
you consider their grief and take it in hand.
The victims commit themselves to you;(X)
you are the helper(Y) of the fatherless.
15 Break the arm of the wicked man;(Z)
call the evildoer to account for his wickedness
that would not otherwise be found out.
16 The Lord is King for ever and ever;(AA)
the nations(AB) will perish from his land.
17 You, Lord, hear the desire of the afflicted;(AC)
you encourage them, and you listen to their cry,(AD)
18 defending the fatherless(AE) and the oppressed,(AF)
so that mere earthly mortals
will never again strike terror.
