22 （ 大 衛 的 詩 ， 交 與 伶 長 。 調 用 朝 鹿 。 ） 我 的 神 ， 我 的 神 ！ 為 甚 麼 離 棄 我 ？ 為 甚 麼 遠 離 不 救 我 ？ 不 聽 我 唉 哼 的 言 語 ？
2 我 的 神 啊 ， 我 白 日 呼 求 ， 你 不 應 允 ， 夜 間 呼 求 ， 並 不 住 聲 。
3 但 你 是 聖 潔 的 ， 是 用 以 色 列 的 讚 美 為 寶 座 （ 或 譯 ： 居 所 ） 的 。
4 我 們 的 祖 宗 倚 靠 你 ； 他 們 倚 靠 你 ， 你 便 解 救 他 們 。
5 他 們 哀 求 你 ， 便 蒙 解 救 ； 他 們 倚 靠 你 ， 就 不 羞 愧 。
6 但 我 是 蟲 ， 不 是 人 ， 被 眾 人 羞 辱 ， 被 百 姓 藐 視 。
7 凡 看 見 我 的 都 嗤 笑 我 ； 他 們 撇 嘴 搖 頭 ， 說 ：
8 他 把 自 己 交 託 耶 和 華 ， 耶 和 華 可 以 救 他 罷 ！ 耶 和 華 既 喜 悅 他 ， 可 以 搭 救 他 罷 ！
9 但 你 是 叫 我 出 母 腹 的 ； 我 在 母 懷 裡 ， 你 就 使 我 有 倚 靠 的 心 。
10 我 自 出 母 胎 就 被 交 在 你 手 裡 ； 從 我 母 親 生 我 ， 你 就 是 我 的 神 。
11 求 你 不 要 遠 離 我 ！ 因 為 急 難 臨 近 了 ， 沒 有 人 幫 助 我 。
12 有 許 多 公 牛 圍 繞 我 ， 巴 珊 大 力 的 公 牛 四 面 困 住 我 。
13 他 們 向 我 張 口 ， 好 像 抓 撕 吼 叫 的 獅 子 。
14 我 如 水 被 倒 出 來 ； 我 的 骨 頭 都 脫 了 節 ； 我 心 在 我 裡 面 如 蠟 鎔 化 。
15 我 的 精 力 枯 乾 ， 如 同 瓦 片 ； 我 的 舌 頭 貼 在 我 牙 床 上 。 你 將 我 安 置 在 死 地 的 塵 土 中 。
16 犬 類 圍 著 我 ， 惡 黨 環 繞 我 ； 他 們 扎 了 我 的 手 ， 我 的 腳 。
17 我 的 骨 頭 ， 我 都 能 數 過 ； 他 們 瞪 著 眼 看 我 。
18 他 們 分 我 的 外 衣 ， 為 我 的 裡 衣 拈 鬮 。
19 耶 和 華 啊 ， 求 你 不 要 遠 離 我 ！ 我 的 救 主 啊 ， 求 你 快 來 幫 助 我 ！
20 求 你 救 我 的 靈 魂 脫 離 刀 劍 ， 救 我 的 生 命 （ 生 命 ： 原 文 是 獨 一 者 ） 脫 離 犬 類 ，
21 救 我 脫 離 獅 子 的 口 ； 你 已 經 應 允 我 ， 使 我 脫 離 野 牛 的 角 。
22 我 要 將 你 的 名 傳 與 我 的 弟 兄 ， 在 會 中 我 要 讚 美 你 。
23 你 們 敬 畏 耶 和 華 的 人 要 讚 美 他 ！ 雅 各 的 後 裔 都 要 榮 耀 他 ！ 以 色 列 的 後 裔 都 要 懼 怕 他 ！
24 因 為 他 沒 有 藐 視 憎 惡 受 苦 的 人 ， 也 沒 有 向 他 掩 面 ； 那 受 苦 之 人 呼 籲 的 時 候 ， 他 就 垂 聽 。
25 我 在 大 會 中 讚 美 你 的 話 是 從 你 而 來 的 ； 我 要 在 敬 畏 耶 和 華 的 人 面 前 還 我 的 願 。
26 謙 卑 的 人 必 吃 得 飽 足 ； 尋 求 耶 和 華 的 人 必 讚 美 他 。 願 你 們 的 心 永 遠 活 著 ！
27 地 的 四 極 都 要 想 念 耶 和 華 ， 並 且 歸 順 他 ； 列 國 的 萬 族 都 要 在 你 面 前 敬 拜 。
28 因 為 國 權 是 耶 和 華 的 ； 他 是 管 理 萬 國 的 。
29 地 上 一 切 豐 肥 的 人 必 吃 喝 而 敬 拜 ； 凡 下 到 塵 土 中 ─ 不 能 存 活 自 己 性 命 的 人 ─ 都 要 在 他 面 前 下 拜 。
30 他 必 有 後 裔 事 奉 他 ； 主 所 行 的 事 必 傳 與 後 代 。
31 他 們 必 來 把 他 的 公 義 傳 給 將 要 生 的 民 ， 言 明 這 事 是 他 所 行 的 。

22 Dios mío, Dios mío, ¿por qué me has desamparado?(A)
¿Por qué estás tan lejos de mi salvación, y de las palabras de mi clamor?
2 Dios mío, clamo de día, y no respondes;
Y de noche, y no hay para mí reposo.
3 Pero tú eres santo,
Tú que habitas entre las alabanzas de Israel.
4 En ti esperaron nuestros padres;
Esperaron, y tú los libraste.
5 Clamaron a ti, y fueron librados;
Confiaron en ti, y no fueron avergonzados.
6 Mas yo soy gusano, y no hombre;
Oprobio de los hombres, y despreciado del pueblo.
7 Todos los que me ven me escarnecen;
Estiran la boca, menean la cabeza,(B) diciendo:
8 Se encomendó a Jehová; líbrele él;
Sálvele, puesto que en él se complacía.(C)
9 Pero tú eres el que me sacó del vientre;
El que me hizo estar confiado desde que estaba a los pechos de mi madre.
10 Sobre ti fui echado desde antes de nacer;
Desde el vientre de mi madre, tú eres mi Dios.
11 No te alejes de mí, porque la angustia está cerca;
Porque no hay quien ayude.
12 Me han rodeado muchos toros;
Fuertes toros de Basán me han cercado.
13 Abrieron sobre mí su boca
Como león rapaz y rugiente.
14 He sido derramado como aguas,
Y todos mis huesos se descoyuntaron;
Mi corazón fue como cera,
Derritiéndose en medio de mis entrañas.
15 Como un tiesto se secó mi vigor,
Y mi lengua se pegó a mi paladar,
Y me has puesto en el polvo de la muerte.
16 Porque perros me han rodeado;
Me ha cercado cuadrilla de malignos;
Horadaron mis manos y mis pies.
17 Contar puedo todos mis huesos;
Entre tanto, ellos me miran y me observan.
18 Repartieron entre sí mis vestidos,
Y sobre mi ropa echaron suertes.(D)
19 Mas tú, Jehová, no te alejes;
Fortaleza mía, apresúrate a socorrerme.
20 Libra de la espada mi alma,
Del poder del perro mi vida.
21 Sálvame de la boca del león,
Y líbrame de los cuernos de los búfalos.
22 Anunciaré tu nombre a mis hermanos;
En medio de la congregación te alabaré.(E)
23 Los que teméis a Jehová, alabadle;
Glorificadle, descendencia toda de Jacob,
Y temedle vosotros, descendencia toda de Israel.
24 Porque no menospreció ni abominó la aflicción del afligido,
Ni de él escondió su rostro;
Sino que cuando clamó a él, le oyó.
25 De ti será mi alabanza en la gran congregación;
Mis votos pagaré delante de los que le temen.
26 Comerán los humildes, y serán saciados;
Alabarán a Jehová los que le buscan;
Vivirá vuestro corazón para siempre.
27 Se acordarán, y se volverán a Jehová todos los confines de la tierra,
Y todas las familias de las naciones adorarán delante de ti.
28 Porque de Jehová es el reino,
Y él regirá las naciones.
29 Comerán y adorarán todos los poderosos de la tierra;
Se postrarán delante de él todos los que descienden al polvo,
Aun el que no puede conservar la vida a su propia alma.
30 La posteridad le servirá;
Esto será contado de Jehová hasta la postrera generación.
31 Vendrán, y anunciarán su justicia;
A pueblo no nacido aún, anunciarán que él hizo esto.

1 My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?(A)
Why are you so far(B) from saving me,
so far from my cries of anguish?(C)
2 My God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer,(D)
by night,(E) but I find no rest.[b]
3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One;(F)
you are the one Israel praises.[c](G)
4 In you our ancestors put their trust;
they trusted and you delivered them.(H)
5 To you they cried out(I) and were saved;
in you they trusted(J) and were not put to shame.(K)
6 But I am a worm(L) and not a man,
scorned by everyone,(M) despised(N) by the people.
7 All who see me mock me;(O)
they hurl insults,(P) shaking their heads.(Q)
8 “He trusts in the Lord,” they say,
“let the Lord rescue him.(R)
Let him deliver him,(S)
since he delights(T) in him.”
9 Yet you brought me out of the womb;(U)
you made me trust(V) in you, even at my mother’s breast.
10 From birth(W) I was cast on you;
from my mother’s womb you have been my God.
12 Many bulls(AA) surround me;(AB)
strong bulls of Bashan(AC) encircle me.
13 Roaring lions(AD) that tear their prey(AE)
open their mouths wide(AF) against me.
14 I am poured out like water,
and all my bones are out of joint.(AG)
My heart has turned to wax;(AH)
it has melted(AI) within me.
15 My mouth[d] is dried up like a potsherd,(AJ)
and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth;(AK)
you lay me in the dust(AL) of death.
16 Dogs(AM) surround me,
a pack of villains encircles me;
they pierce[e](AN) my hands and my feet.
17 All my bones are on display;
people stare(AO) and gloat over me.(AP)
18 They divide my clothes among them
and cast lots(AQ) for my garment.(AR)
19 But you, Lord, do not be far from me.(AS)
You are my strength;(AT) come quickly(AU) to help me.(AV)
20 Deliver me from the sword,(AW)
my precious life(AX) from the power of the dogs.(AY)
21 Rescue me from the mouth of the lions;(AZ)
save me from the horns of the wild oxen.(BA)
22 I will declare your name to my people;
in the assembly(BB) I will praise you.(BC)
23 You who fear the Lord, praise him!(BD)
All you descendants of Jacob, honor him!(BE)
Revere him,(BF) all you descendants of Israel!
24 For he has not despised(BG) or scorned
the suffering of the afflicted one;(BH)
he has not hidden his face(BI) from him
but has listened to his cry for help.(BJ)
25 From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly;(BK)
before those who fear you[f] I will fulfill my vows.(BL)
26 The poor will eat(BM) and be satisfied;
those who seek the Lord will praise him—(BN)
may your hearts live forever!
27 All the ends of the earth(BO)
will remember and turn to the Lord,
and all the families of the nations
will bow down before him,(BP)
28 for dominion belongs to the Lord(BQ)
and he rules over the nations.
29 All the rich(BR) of the earth will feast and worship;(BS)
all who go down to the dust(BT) will kneel before him—
those who cannot keep themselves alive.(BU)
30 Posterity(BV) will serve him;
future generations(BW) will be told about the Lord.
31 They will proclaim his righteousness,(BX)
declaring to a people yet unborn:(BY)
He has done it!(BZ)
