¹⁶天，是耶和华的天；地，他却给了世人。

¹⁷死人不能赞美耶和华；下到寂静中的也都不能。

¹⁸但我们要称颂耶和华，从今时直到永远。你们要赞美耶和华！

Psalm 115:16-18

New International Version

¹⁶The highest heavens belong to the Lord,^(A)
    but the earth he has given^(B) to mankind.
¹⁷It is not the dead^(C) who praise the Lord,
    those who go down to the place of silence;
¹⁸it is we who extol the Lord,^(D)
    both now and forevermore.^(E)
