以色列要赞美上帝
149 你们要赞美耶和华！
要向耶和华唱新歌，
在祂忠心子民的聚会中颂赞祂！
2 愿以色列因他的造物主而欢喜，
愿锡安的百姓因他们的君王而快乐。
3 愿他们跳舞赞美祂的名，
击鼓弹琴歌颂祂。
4 因为耶和华喜爱祂的子民，
祂赐尊荣给谦卑的人，
使他们得胜。
5 愿祂忠心的子民因所得的荣耀而欢乐，
愿他们躺卧在床上的时候也欢唱。
6-7 愿他们高声颂赞耶和华，
手握两刃利剑向列国复仇，
在列邦中施行惩罚，
8 用铁链捆绑他们的君王，
用铁铐锁住他们的首领，
9 按他们的罪状审判他们。
这就是祂忠心的子民所得的荣耀。
你们要赞美耶和华！

149 Praise Hashem. Shiru l’Adonoi shir chadash (Sing unto Hashem a new song), and His praise in the Kahal Chasidim.
2 Let Yisroel rejoice in Him that made him; let the Bnei Tziyon be glad in their Melech.
3 Let them praise Shmo in the dance; let them sing zemirot unto Him with the tambourine and kinnor.
4 For Hashem taketh pleasure in His people; He will crown the meek with Yeshuah (salvation).
5 Let the Chasidim be joyful in kavod; let them sing for joy upon their beds.
6 Let the high praises of G-d be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
7 To execute vengeance upon the Goyim, and punishments upon the people;
8 To bind their melachim with chains, and their nobles with shackles of barzel (iron);
9 To execute upon them the mishpat katuv (written judgment); this honor have all His Chasidim. Hallelu Hashem.

149 ¡Aleluya[a]!
Cantad al Señor un cántico nuevo(A):
su alabanza en la congregación de los santos(B).
2 Alégrese Israel en su Creador(C);
regocíjense los hijos de Sión en su Rey(D).
3 Alaben su nombre con danza(E);
cántenle alabanza con pandero y lira(F).
4 Porque el Señor se deleita en su pueblo(G);
adornará de salvación a los afligidos(H).
5 Regocíjense de gloria los santos(I);
canten con gozo sobre sus camas(J).
6 Sean los loores de Dios en su boca[b](K),
y una espada de dos filos en su mano(L),
7 para ejecutar venganza en las naciones(M),
y castigo en los pueblos;
8 para atar a sus reyes con cadenas(N),
y a sus nobles con grillos de hierro(O);
9 para ejecutar en ellos el juicio decretado[c](P):
esto es gloria para todos sus santos(Q).

and a double-edged(N) sword in their hands,(O)
7 to inflict vengeance(P) on the nations
and punishment(Q) on the peoples,
8 to bind their kings with fetters,(R)
their nobles with shackles of iron,(S)
9 to carry out the sentence written against them—(T)
this is the glory of all his faithful people.(U)
