4 我所亲爱、所想念的弟兄们,你们就是我的喜乐,我的冠冕。我亲爱的,你们应当靠主站立得稳。
保罗的劝导
2 我劝友阿蝶和循都基要在主里同心。 3 我也求你这真实同负一轭的,要帮助这两个女人,因为她们在福音上曾与我、革利免和我其余的同工一同劳苦,他们的名字都在生命册上。 4 你们要靠主常常喜乐。我再说,你们要喜乐。 5 要让众人知道你们谦让的心。主已经近了。 6 应当一无挂虑,只要凡事藉着祷告、祈求和感谢,将你们所要的告诉 神。 7 神所赐那超越人所能了解的平安[a],必在基督耶稣里,保守你们的心怀意念。
8 末了,弟兄们,凡是真实的、凡是可敬的、凡是公义的、凡是清洁的、凡是可爱的、凡是有美名的,若有什么德行,若有什么称赞,你们都要留意。 9 你们从我所学习的,所领受的,所听见的,所看见的事,你们都要继续去做,赐平安的 神就必与你们同在。
为馈赠致谢
10 我靠主大大喜乐,因为你们关怀我的心如今又表现了出来;其实你们一直都关怀我,只是没有机会罢了。 11 我并不是因缺乏而说这话,因为我已经学会无论在什么景况都可以知足。 12 我知道怎样处卑贱,也知道怎样处丰富;或饱足或饥饿,或有余或缺乏,任何事情,任何景况,我都得了秘诀。 13 我靠着那加给我力量的,凡事都能做。 14 然而,你们能和我分担忧患是一件好事。
15 腓立比人哪,你们也知道我开始传福音、离开马其顿的时候,在收支的事上,除了你们以外,并没有别的教会和我分担。 16 就是我在帖撒罗尼迦,你们也一再差人来供给我的需用。 17 我并不求什么馈赠,只求你们的果子不断增多,归在你们的账上。 18 但我已经如数收到,并且有余;我已经充足,因我从以巴弗提受了你们的馈赠,当作极美的香气,为 神所接纳、所喜悦的祭物。 19 我的 神必照他荣耀的丰富,在基督耶稣里,使你们一切所需用的都充足。 20 愿荣耀归给我们的父 神,直到永永远远。阿们!

21 请问候在基督耶稣里的各位圣徒。跟我一起的众弟兄都问候你们。 22 众圣徒都问候你们,特别在凯撒家里的人问候你们。 23 愿主耶稣基督的恩与你们的灵同在!

4 我所親愛、所想念的弟兄姊妹,你們就是我的喜樂,我的冠冕。我親愛的弟兄姊妹,你們要靠主堅定不移。 2 我懇求友阿蝶和循都姬要在主裡同心。 3 忠心的同工啊,請你幫助她們二人,因為她們曾與我、革利免和其他同工一起為福音辛勞,這些人的名字都記錄在生命冊上了。
4 你們要靠主常常喜樂!我再說,你們要喜樂! 5 要讓眾人都知道你們是謙和寬容的人。主快來了。 6 你們應該一無掛慮,凡事要藉著禱告和祈求,以感恩的心將你們的需要告訴上帝。 7 這樣,上帝那超越人所能理解的平安必在基督耶穌裡保守你們的心思意念。
8 最後,弟兄姊妹,你們要思想一切真實、可敬、公義、純潔、可愛、有好名聲、有美德和值得讚許的事情。 9 你們從我身上學習、領受、看到和聽到的,都要照著去行。這樣,賜平安的上帝就必與你們同在。
致謝
10 我在主裡真是非常喜樂,因為你們現在又一次關心我。其實你們向來都很關心我,只是沒有機會。 11 我並非有缺乏才這樣說,因為我已經學會在任何處境中都能知足。 12 我知道如何過貧窮的日子,也知道如何過富足的日子。我學到了秘訣,不論飽足或饑餓,豐裕或缺乏,在任何情況下都可以處之泰然。 13 靠著賜我力量的那位,我凡事都能做。
14 然而,你們與我共患難,真是太好了。 15 腓立比人啊!你們也知道,在我離開馬其頓傳福音的初期,除了你們以外,沒有別的教會供應我的需要。 16 即使我在帖撒羅尼迦的時候,你們也不止一次供應過我的需要。 17 我不求得到你們的饋贈,只希望你們所做的會帶給你們更大的賞賜。 18 我現在樣樣都有,豐富有餘。我從以巴弗提手上收到了你們送給我的禮物,已經充足了。這些饋贈是蒙上帝悅納的馨香祭物。 19 我的上帝必按照祂在基督耶穌裡的榮耀,豐豐富富地賜給你們所需用的一切。

Rejoice in the Lord Always
4 Therefore my brothers, loved and (A)longed for, my joy and crown, in this way (B)stand firm in the Lord, my beloved.
2 I urge Euodia and I urge Syntyche to (C)think the same way in the Lord. 3 Indeed, I ask you also, genuine companion, help these women who have contended together alongside of me in the gospel, with also Clement and the rest of my (D)fellow workers, whose (E)names are in the book of life.
4 (F)Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! 5 Let your considerate spirit be known to all men. (G)The Lord is [a]near. 6 (H)Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by (I)prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And (J)the peace of God, which surpasses all [b]comprehension, will (K)guard your hearts and your (L)minds in (M)Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers, (N)whatever is true, whatever is dignified, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is [c]lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, consider these things. 9 The things you have learned and received and heard and seen (O)in me, practice these things, and (P)the God of peace will be with you.
God Will Fill Your Needs
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at last (Q)you have revived thinking about me; indeed, you were thinking about me before, but you lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak [d]from want, for I learned to be [e](R)content in whatever circumstances I am. 12 I know how to get along with humble means, and I also know how to live in abundance; in any and all things I have learned the secret of being filled and going (S)hungry, both of having abundance and (T)suffering need. 13 I can do all things [f]through Him who (U)strengthens me. 14 Nevertheless, you have done well to (V)fellowship with me in my affliction.
15 And you yourselves also know, Philippians, that at the [g](W)first preaching of the gospel, after I left (X)Macedonia, no church (Y)fellowshipped with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you alone. 16 For even in (Z)Thessalonica you sent a gift more than once for my needs. 17 (AA)Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek the fruit which increases to your account. 18 But I have received everything in full and have an abundance; I have been filled, having received from (AB)Epaphroditus [h]what you have sent, [i](AC)a fragrant aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And (AD)my God will fulfill [j]all your needs according to His (AE)riches in glory in Christ Jesus. 20 Now to (AF)our God and Father (AG)be the glory [k]forever and ever. Closing Appeal for Steadfastness and Unity
4 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for,(A) my joy and crown, stand firm(B) in the Lord in this way, dear friends!
2 I plead with Euodia and I plead with Syntyche to be of the same mind(C) in the Lord. 3 Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers,(D) whose names are in the book of life.(E)
Final Exhortations
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!(F) 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.(G) 6 Do not be anxious about anything,(H) but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.(I) 7 And the peace of God,(J) which transcends all understanding,(K) will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice.(L) And the God of peace(M) will be with you.
Thanks for Their Gifts
10 I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me.(N) Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. 11 I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content(O) whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry,(P) whether living in plenty or in want.(Q) 13 I can do all this through him who gives me strength.(R)
14 Yet it was good of you to share(S) in my troubles. 15 Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days(T) of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia,(U) not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only;(V) 16 for even when I was in Thessalonica,(W) you sent me aid more than once when I was in need.(X) 17 Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account.(Y) 18 I have received full payment and have more than enough. I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus(Z) the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant(AA) offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19 And my God will meet all your needs(AB) according to the riches of his glory(AC) in Christ Jesus.
20 To our God and Father(AD) be glory for ever and ever. Amen.(AE)
Final Greetings
21 Greet all God’s people in Christ Jesus. The brothers and sisters who are with me(AF) send greetings. 22 All God’s people(AG) here send you greetings, especially those who belong to Caesar’s household.
