10 弟兄姊妹，我心里切望并向上帝祈求的，就是以色列人能够得救。 2 我可以证明，他们对上帝有热心，但不是基于真知。 3 他们不知道上帝所赐的义，想努力建立自己的义，不肯服从上帝的义。 4 其实基督是律法的终极目的，使所有信靠祂的人都可以得到义。
求告主名的都必得救
5 关于律法的义，摩西写道：“人若遵行律法的诫命，就必活着。” 6 但是论到以信心为基础的义，圣经上说：“不要心里说，‘谁要升到天上去呢？’意思是谁要把基督领下来， 7 或说，‘谁要下到阴间去呢？’意思是谁要把基督从死人中领上来。” 8 其实这里是说：“这道近在咫尺，就在你口里，在你心中。”这道就是我们所传的信主之道。 9 你若口里承认耶稣是主，心里相信上帝使祂从死里复活，就必得救。 10 因为人心里相信，就可以被称为义人，口里承认，就可以得救。 11 正如圣经上说：“信靠祂的人必不致蒙羞。” 12 犹太人和希腊人并没有分别，因为主是所有人的主，祂厚待所有求告祂的人， 13 因为“凡求告主名的都必得救。”
14 可是，人还没信祂，怎能求告祂呢？还没听说过祂，怎能信祂呢？没有人传道，怎能听说过祂呢？ 15 人没有受差遣，怎能传道呢？正如圣经上说：“那传福音之人的脚踪是何等佳美！” 16 只是并非人人都信福音，就像以赛亚先知所说的：“主啊！谁相信我们所传的呢？”

19 我再问，难道以色列人不知道吗？首先，摩西说：
“我要借无名之民挑起你们的嫉妒，
用愚昧的国民激起你们的怒气。”

If You Believe You Will Be Saved
10 Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to God on behalf of the Jewish people is that they would be saved. 2 I can assure you that they are deeply devoted to God, but they are misguided. 3 They don’t understand ⌞how to receive⌟ God’s approval. So they try to set up their own way to get it, and they have not accepted God’s way for receiving his approval. 4 Christ is the fulfillment of Moses’ Teachings so that everyone who has faith may receive God’s approval.
5 Moses writes about receiving God’s approval by following his laws. He says, “The person who obeys these laws will live because he obeys them.” 6 However, Scripture says about God’s approval which is based on faith, “Don’t ask yourself who will go up to heaven,” (that is, to bring Christ down). 7 “Don’t ask who will go down into the depths,” (that is, to bring Christ back from the dead). 8 However, what else does it say? “This message is near you. It’s in your mouth and in your heart.” This is the message of faith that we spread. 9 If you declare that Jesus is Lord, and believe that God brought him back to life, you will be saved. 10 By believing you receive God’s approval, and by declaring your faith you are saved. 11 Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be ashamed.”
12 There is no difference between Jews and Greeks. They all have the same Lord, who gives his riches to everyone who calls on him. 13 So then, “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14 But how can people call on him if they have not believed in him? How can they believe in him if they have not heard his message? How can they hear if no one tells ⌞the Good News⌟? 15 How can people tell the Good News if no one sends them? As Scripture says, “How beautiful are the feet of the messengers who announce the Good News.” 16 But not everyone has believed the Good News.
Isaiah asks, “Lord, who has believed our message?” 17 So faith comes from hearing the message, and the message that is heard is what Christ spoke.
18 But I ask, “Didn’t they hear that message?” Certainly they did! “The voice of the messengers has gone out into the whole world and their words to the ends of the earth.”
19 Again I ask, “Didn’t Israel understand ⌞that message⌟?” Moses was the first to say, “I will make you jealous of people who are not a nation. I will make you angry about a nation that doesn’t understand.” 20 Isaiah said very boldly, “I was found by those who weren’t looking for me. I was revealed to those who weren’t asking for me.” 21 Then Isaiah said about Israel, “All day long I have stretched out my hands to disobedient and rebellious people.”

10 Vëllezër, dëshira e zemrës sime dhe lutja që i drejtoj Perëndisë për Izraelin është për shpëtim të tij.
2 Sepse unë dëshmoj për ta se kanë zell për Perëndinë, por jo sipas njohurisë.
3 Sepse duke mos njohur drejtësinë e Perëndisë dhe duke kërkuar të vendosin drejtësinë e vet, nuk iu nënshtruan drejtësisë së Perëndisë,
4 sepse përfundimi i ligjit është Krishti, për shfajësimin e kujtdo që beson.
5 Sepse Moisiu kështu e përshkruan drejtësinë që vjen nga ligji: “Njeriu që bën këto gjëra, do të rrojë me anë të tyre.”
6 Por drejtësia që vjen nga besimi thotë kështu: “Mos thuaj në zemrën tënde: “Kush do të ngjitet në qiell?.” Kjo do të thotë që të zbresë Krishti.
7 Ose: “Kush do të zbresë në humnerë?.” Kjo do të thotë që të sjellë lart Krishtin prej së vdekurish.
8 Po ç’thotë, pra? “Fjala është pranë teje, në gojën tënde dhe në zemrën tënde.” Kjo është fjala e besimit, që ne predikojmë;
9 sepse, po të rrëfesh me gojën tënde Zotin Jezus, dhe po të besosh në zemrën tënde se Perëndia e ngjalli prej së vdekurish, do të shpëtohesh.
10 Sepse me zemër, njeriu beson në drejtësi dhe me gojë bëhet rrëfim për shpëtim,
11 sepse Shkrimi thotë: “Kushdo që beson në të, nuk do të turpërohet.”
12 Sepse nuk ka dallim në mes Judeut dhe Grekut, sepse një i vetëm është Perëndia i të gjithëve, i pasur ndaj të gjithë atyre që e thërrasin.
13 Në fakt: “Kushdo që do ta thërrasë emrin e Zotit do të shpëtohet.”
14 Si do ta thërrasin, pra, atë, të cilit nuk i besuan? Dhe si do të besojnë tek ai për të cilin nuk kanë dëgjuar? Dhe si do të dëgjojnë, kur s’ka kush predikon?
15 Dhe si do të predikojnë pa qenë dërguar? Siç është shkruar: “Sa të bukura janë këmbët e atyre që shpallin paqen, që shpallin lajme të mira!.”
16 Por jo të gjithë iu bindën ungjillit, sepse Isaia thotë: “O Perëndi, kush i besoi predikimit tonë?.”
17 Besimi, pra, vjen nga dëgjimi, dhe dëgjimi vjen nga fjala e Perëndisë.
18 Por unë them: Mos nuk dëgjuan? Madje, “Zëri i tyre mori mbarë dheun dhe fjalët e tyre shkuan deri në skajet më të largëta të tokës.”
