10 弟兄姊妹，我心里切望并向上帝祈求的，就是以色列人能够得救。 2 我可以证明，他们对上帝有热心，但不是基于真知。 3 他们不知道上帝所赐的义，想努力建立自己的义，不肯服从上帝的义。 4 其实基督是律法的终极目的，使所有信靠祂的人都可以得到义。
求告主名的都必得救
5 关于律法的义，摩西写道：“人若遵行律法的诫命，就必活着。” 6 但是论到以信心为基础的义，圣经上说：“不要心里说，‘谁要升到天上去呢？’意思是谁要把基督领下来， 7 或说，‘谁要下到阴间去呢？’意思是谁要把基督从死人中领上来。” 8 其实这里是说：“这道近在咫尺，就在你口里，在你心中。”这道就是我们所传的信主之道。 9 你若口里承认耶稣是主，心里相信上帝使祂从死里复活，就必得救。 10 因为人心里相信，就可以被称为义人，口里承认，就可以得救。 11 正如圣经上说：“信靠祂的人必不致蒙羞。” 12 犹太人和希腊人并没有分别，因为主是所有人的主，祂厚待所有求告祂的人， 13 因为“凡求告主名的都必得救。”
14 可是，人还没信祂，怎能求告祂呢？还没听说过祂，怎能信祂呢？没有人传道，怎能听说过祂呢？ 15 人没有受差遣，怎能传道呢？正如圣经上说：“那传福音之人的脚踪是何等佳美！” 16 只是并非人人都信福音，就像以赛亚先知所说的：“主啊！谁相信我们所传的呢？”
17 由此可见，听了道，才会信道；有了基督的话，才有道可听。 18 但我要问，以色列人没有听过吗？当然听过。因为
“他们的声音传遍天下，
他们的话语传到地极。”
19 我再问，难道以色列人不知道吗？首先，摩西说：
“我要借无名之民挑起你们的嫉妒，
用愚昧的国民激起你们的怒气。”
20 后来，以赛亚先知又放胆地说：
“我让没有寻找我的人寻见，
我向没有求问我的人显现。”
21 至于以色列人，他说：
“我整天伸出双手招呼那悖逆顽固的百姓。”

10 ئەی خوشک و برایان، ئارەزووی دڵم و پاڕانەوەم لە خودا لە پێناوی ڕزگاریی نەوەی ئیسرائیلە. 2 شایەتییان بۆ دەدەم کە دڵگەرمییان بۆ خودا هەیە، بەڵام بە زانیارییەوە نییە. 3 لەبەر ئەوەی بێتاوانکردنیان[a] لە خوداوە نەزانی، هەوڵیان دا بێتاوانکردنی خۆیان بچەسپێنن، ملکەچی بێتاوانکردنی خودا نەبوون. 4 بەڵام مەسیح دەرئەنجامی تەوراتە، تاکو ڕاستودروستی بۆ هەموو ئەوانە بێت کە باوەڕ دەهێنن.
ڕزگاری بۆ هەمووان
5 موسا لەبارەی ئەو ڕاستودروستییەی بەپێی تەوراتە دەنووسێت: [ئەو کەسەی پەیڕەویان بکات، بە هۆیانەوە دەژیێت.][b] 6 بەڵام ئەم ڕاستودروستییەی بە باوەڕە ئاوا دەفەرموێ: [لە دڵی خۆتاندا مەڵێن، «کێ سەردەکەوێتە ئاسمان؟»][c] (واتە مەسیح بهێنێتە خوارەوە،) 7 [یان «کێ دادەبەزێتە ناو بیری بێ بن؟»][d] (واتە مەسیح لەناو مردووان سەربخات.) 8 بەڵام چی دەفەرموێ؟ [پەیامەکە لێت نزیکە، لەسەر زمانتە و لە دڵتدایە،][e] ئەمەش پەیامی ئەو باوەڕەیە کە ڕایدەگەیەنین: 9 ئەگەر بە دەمت دانت پێدا نا کە عیسا پەروەردگارە و بە دڵ باوەڕت کرد کە خودا لەناو مردووان هەڵیستاندەوە، ڕزگار دەبیت. 10 لەبەر ئەوەی بە دڵ باوەڕهێنان ئەنجامەکەی بێتاوانبوونە، بە دەم دانپێدانان ئەنجامەکەی ڕزگارییە. 11 هەروەک چۆن نووسراوە پیرۆزەکە دەفەرموێ: [هەرکەسێک پشتی پێ ببەستێت، شەرمەزار نابێت.][f] 12 جیاوازی لەنێوان جولەکە و ناجولەکە نییە، لەبەر ئەوەی هەمان پەروەردگارە بۆ هەمووان، دەوڵەمەندە بۆ هەموو ئەوانەی لێی دەپاڕێنەوە، 13 چونکە [هەرکەسێک بە ناوی یەزدانەوە بپاڕێتەوە ڕزگاری دەبێت.][g]
14 ئیتر چۆن لە یەکێک دەپاڕێنەوە کە باوەڕیان پێی نەهێنابێت؟ چۆن باوەڕ بە یەکێک دەهێنن ئەگەر نەیانبیستبێت؟ چۆنیش دەیبیستن بێ ئەوەی یەکێک پێیان ڕابگەیەنێت؟ 15 هەروەها چۆن ڕادەگەیەنن ئەگەر نەنێردرابن؟ وەک نووسراوە: [چەند جوانە پێیەکانی ئەوانەی مزگێنی خۆشی دەدەن!][h]
16 بەڵام هەموو نەوەی ئیسرائیل گوێڕایەڵی پەیامی ئینجیل نەبوون، چونکە ئیشایا دەڵێت: [ئەی یەزدان، کێ باوەڕی بە پەیامەکەمان کرد؟][i] 17 کەواتە باوەڕ بە بیستنە، بیستنیش بە وشەی مەسیحە. 18 بەڵام دەڵێم: ئایا گوێیان لێ نەبوو؟ بەڵێ!
[پەیامیان بە هەموو زەوی گەیشت،
وتەکانیان بەوپەڕی جیهان.][j]
19 بەڵام دەڵێم: ئایا ئیسرائیل تێنەگەیشت؟ یەکەم جار موسا دەڵێت:
[من واتان لێدەکەم ئیرەیی بەوانە ببەن کە گەل نین،
بە نەتەوەیەکی گێل پەستتان دەکەم.][k]
20 بەڵام ئیشایا ئازایانە دەڵێت:
[دۆزرامەوە لەلایەن ئەوانەی بەدوامدا نەگەڕان،
دەرکەوتم بۆ ئەوانەی پرسیاری منیان نەکرد.][l]
21 بەڵام دەربارەی ئیسرائیل دەڵێت:

New King James Version
Israel Needs the Gospel
10 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for [a]Israel is that they may be saved. 2 For I bear them witness (A)that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of (B)God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own (C)righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God. 4 For (D)Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
5 For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, (E)“The man who does those things shall live by them.” 6 But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, (F)“Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ down from above) 7 or, (G)“ ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). 8 But what does it say? (H)“The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that (I)if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, (J)“Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” 12 For (K)there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for (L)the same Lord over all (M)is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For (N)“whoever calls (O)on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Israel Rejects the Gospel
14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear (P)without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:
(Q)“How beautiful are the feet of those who [b]preach the gospel of peace,
Who bring glad tidings of good things!”
16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, (R)“Lord, who has believed our report?” 17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
18 But I say, have they not heard? Yes indeed:
(S)“Their sound has gone out to all the earth,
And their words to the ends of the world.”
19 But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says:
(T)“I will provoke you to jealousy by those who are not a nation,
I will move you to anger by a (U)foolish nation.”
20 But Isaiah is very bold and says:
(V)“I was found by those who did not seek Me;
I was made manifest to those who did not ask for Me.”
21 But to Israel he says:
(W)“All day long I have stretched out My hands
To a disobedient and contrary people.”
