2 “你们要在锡安吹角，在我圣山吹出大声！国中的居民都要发颤，因为耶和华的日子将到，已经临近。 2 那日是黑暗、幽冥、密云、乌黑的日子，好像晨光铺满山岭。有一队蝗虫[a]又大又强，从来没有这样的，以后直到万代也必没有。 3 它们前面如火烧灭，后面如火焰烧尽。未到以前，地如伊甸园，过去以后，成了荒凉的旷野，没有一样能躲避它们的。
4 “它们的形状如马，奔跑如马兵。 5 在山顶蹦跳的响声如车辆的响声，又如火焰烧碎秸的响声，好像强盛的民摆阵预备打仗。 6 它们一来，众民伤恸，脸都变色。 7 它们如勇士奔跑，像战士爬城，各都步行，不乱队伍。 8 彼此并不拥挤，向前各行其路，直闯兵器，不偏左右。 9 它们蹦上城，蹿上墙，爬上房屋，进入窗户如同盗贼。 10 它们一来，地震天动，日月昏暗，星宿无光。 11 耶和华在他军旅前发声，他的队伍甚大，成就他命的是强盛者。因为耶和华的日子大而可畏，谁能当得起呢？
劝以悔罪归诚禁食哭泣
12 “耶和华说：虽然如此，你们应当禁食、哭泣、悲哀，一心归向我。 13 你们要撕裂心肠，不撕裂衣服，归向耶和华你们的神，因为他有恩典，有怜悯，不轻易发怒，有丰盛的慈爱，并且后悔不降所说的灾。 14 或者他转意后悔，留下余福，就是留下献给耶和华你们神的素祭和奠祭，也未可知。
命定日集会禁食自洁
15 “你们要在锡安吹角，分定禁食的日子，宣告严肃会。 16 聚集众民，使会众自洁，招聚老者，聚集孩童和吃奶的，使新郎出离洞房，新妇出离内室。 17 侍奉耶和华的祭司要在廊子和祭坛中间哭泣，说：‘耶和华啊，求你顾惜你的百姓，不要使你的产业受羞辱，列邦管辖他们。为何容列国的人说：“他们的神在哪里呢？”’
许以仍施矜悯
18 “耶和华就为自己的地发热心，怜恤他的百姓。 19 耶和华应允他的百姓说：我必赐给你们五谷、新酒和油，使你们饱足。我也不再使你们受列国的羞辱， 20 却要使北方来的军队远离你们，将他们赶到干旱荒废之地，前队赶入东海，后队赶入西海。因为他们所行的大恶[b]，臭气上升，腥味腾空。”

21 地土啊，不要惧怕，要欢喜快乐！因为耶和华行了大事。 22 田野的走兽啊，不要惧怕！因为旷野的草发生，树木结果，无花果树、葡萄树也都效力。 23 锡安的民哪，你们要快乐，为耶和华你们的神欢喜！因他赐给你们合宜的秋雨，为你们降下甘霖，就是秋雨、春雨，和先前一样。 24 禾场必满了麦子，酒榨与油榨必有新酒和油盈溢。 25 “我打发到你们中间的大军队，就是蝗虫、蝻子、蚂蚱、剪虫，那些年所吃的，我要补还你们。 26 你们必多吃而得饱足，就赞美为你们行奇妙事之耶和华你们神的名。我的百姓必永远不致羞愧。 27 你们必知道我是在以色列中间，又知道我是耶和华你们的神，在我以外并无别神。我的百姓必永远不致羞愧。

28 “以后，我要将我的灵浇灌凡有血气的，你们的儿女要说预言，你们的老年人要做异梦，少年人要见异象。 29 在那些日子，我要将我的灵浇灌我的仆人和使女。 30 在天上地下，我要显出奇事，有血，有火，有烟柱。 31 日头要变为黑暗，月亮要变为血，这都在耶和华大而可畏的日子未到以前。

耶和華審判的日子
2 你們要在錫安吹響號角，
在我的聖山上發出警訊，
地上的居民都要戰抖，
因為耶和華的日子將要來臨，
已經近了。
2 那將是烏雲密佈、
天昏地暗的日子。
來了一支空前絕後、強盛無比的蝗蟲大軍，
牠們像曙光一樣佈滿山頭。
3 牠們的前隊如火燎原，
後隊如熊熊烈焰。
牠們未到以前，
大地美得像伊甸園；
牠們過去之後，
大地變成一片荒場，
地上的一切都逃不過這一場浩劫。
4 牠們的形狀像馬，
快速奔馳如戰馬，
5 在山嶺上跳躍奔騰，
如隆隆戰車，
好像烈火吞噬乾草的聲音，
又如大軍擺開陣式準備打仗。
6 牠們一來，百姓就驚慌失措，
面如死灰。
7 牠們快速奔跑像勇士，
攀登城牆如戰士，
有條不紊地前進。
8 隊伍整齊，各行其道，
勢如破竹，無堅不摧。
9 牠們衝向城邑，躥上城牆，
爬進房屋，
如盜賊般破窗而入。
10 所到之處，
天搖地動，
日月昏暗，
星辰無光。
11 耶和華向祂的軍隊發號施令，
祂的隊伍不計其數，
執行祂命令的是一支勁旅。
耶和華的日子偉大而可畏，
誰能承受得住呢？
呼籲人民悔改
12 耶和華說：
「現在，你們要禁食、哭泣、哀號，
全心回轉歸向我。」
13 你們要撕心般地悔改，
而不是撕裂衣服。
歸向你們的上帝耶和華吧，
因為祂有恩典和憐憫，
不輕易發怒，
有無限的慈愛，
不忍心降災禍。
14 誰知道呢？
或許祂轉念心生憐憫，
給你們留下祝福，
使你們可以再次向你們的上帝耶和華獻上素祭和奠祭。
15 要在錫安山吹響號角，
宣佈禁食的日子，
舉行莊嚴的聚會。
16 要招聚老人，聚集孩童，
包括吃奶的嬰兒；
要吩咐新郎出洞房、
新娘出內室；
要召集全體人民，
讓他們潔淨自己。
17 讓事奉耶和華的祭司站在聖殿門廊和祭壇中間，
哭泣懇求說：
「耶和華啊，
求你顧惜你的子民，
不要讓外族人侮辱、
譏笑你的產業說，
『你們的上帝在哪裡呢？』」
再賜祝福
18 耶和華為自己的土地發熱心，
祂憐憫自己的子民。
19 祂回應他們說：
「我必賜五穀、新酒和油給你們，
使你們飽足，
不再讓你們受列國的羞辱。
20 我要趕出從北方來的軍隊，
把他們驅逐到一個乾旱荒蕪的地方，
把他們的領頭部隊趕進死海，
再把他們的殿後部隊趕進地中海，
那時他們必臭氣沖天、
腥味騰空，
因為耶和華為你們行了大事。」
21 大地啊，不用懼怕，
倒要歡喜快樂；
因為耶和華行了大事。
22 田野的走獸啊，不要懼怕，
因為綠草鋪遍了原野，
樹木也結滿了果子，
無花果樹和葡萄樹都結實纍纍。
23 錫安的人民啊，
你們應當歡喜快樂，
從你們的上帝耶和華那裡得到喜樂。
因為祂按時[a]降下甘霖，
像從前一樣賜給你們秋雨、
春雨。
24 麥場必堆滿五穀，
酒槽裡的酒和油槽裡的油必滿溢。
25 「我派蝻蟲、蚱蜢、螞蚱

2 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.
3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
5 Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.
6 Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.
7 They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:
8 Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.
9 They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.
10 The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:
11 And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
12 Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:
13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.
14 Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the Lord your God?
15 Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:
16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.
17 Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?
18 Then will the Lord be jealous for his land, and pity his people.
19 Yea, the Lord will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:
20 But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.
21 Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the Lord will do great things.
22 Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.
23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with wine and oil.
25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
26 And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the Lord your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.
28 And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29 And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.
32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant whom the Lord shall call.
